Perfect sweet 16 venue! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate. From the stunning decor to the space available for dancing, everything was spot on. Veronica was incredibly helpful with all our questions. Our daughter loved it, and her friends had a blast! Would definitly book again.

My husband and I got married on July 27th, 2023 in Las Vegas. I had spent well over a year planning and coordinating with all the vendors that we used for our big day. Royal Crystal was very helpful and accommodating to all my needs; a few days before my wedding I was contacted by the manager stating there had been a mix-up with my DJ stating that he was booked for a different event they day and that the photographer had not heard from me. It was very upsetting because I had paid the deposit for the photographer and DJ last year. Rachel apologized and assured me that the DJ who would be covering my reception was great and would take care of the music. About my photographer there was some sort of miscommunication; after I sent screenshot messages of the communication between him and me that situation was resolved.

On the day of my reception there was more confusion with my DJ he had stated that he never received my playlist and when told him I sent it to him via text and email; he showed me a text thread of a number that wasn't even my cellphone number.

All in all all these issues were worked through, I feel like this venue has an abundance of clients and their organizational skills aren't up to par to keep up with the high value of customers they are providing services to.
