Roux catered my sister's wedding and did a great job, so I was excited for them to do ours. Actually meeting with Robert changed my mind - quickly. It was very difficult to get a hold of him and set up a time to meet. I had to call several times to set it up, and when we finally did meet, he had (accidentally?) scheduled to meet with someone else at the same time so I had to wait for 15 minutes. I was very clear in our meeting about my budget and what kind of food I wanted, and he promised to send a custom menu over within a few days. He didn't. 10 days later I called, and he finally sent over a menu that was just copied and pasted from his website and way outside our budget. They make great food, but I was not treated with courtesy or professionalism and it was a big waste of my time. No one needs the stress of working with someone like this on their wedding day!
