Working with the Rossini team was hands down the best decision we made when it came to wedding planning! They seamlessly brought our Tuscan wedding vision to life in a way that felt collaborative and authentic to us. From Day 1 of the planning process through the end of the wedding weekend, Rossini was one step ahead of us the entire time, making sure every detail, obstacle, or consideration was taken care of. They truly made our wedding day so special; there is no way we would have been able to pull it off without them! If you are looking for the perfect Italian getaway to get married, working with Rossini is the only way to go :).

As an (previously) engaged couple from Boston, MA, USA with our sights set on getting married in Italy, we had pretty much no clue where to begin. So we started by discussing locations and "interviewing" wedding planners. We interviewed three and it didn't take long for us to realize that Rossini was the right fit for us. That was on October 6, 2021. As we write this, now a recently married couple, it is one of the best decisions we've ever made. We stumbled upon Rossini through Googling various companies so, as much as I'd like to say our intuition was spot on (it was :)), we were simply SO lucky to have found them. Over the following 20 or so months, they drove the ship and collaborated with us to craft / tailor a weekend exactly as we envisioned. I'd imagine that our planning process is probably longer than the average simply because of external circumstances (i.e. venue, timing, etc.). However, there's no doubt in my mind that Rossini could pull the same event(s) off with a much shorter lead time. They're that skilled. In our opinion their strengths that we observed were: organization, creativity (bringing fun ideas to the table), fine details, negotiation with vendors, and communication with both us and vendors. Most importantly (and something we didn't realize we were going to notice), when the wedding weekend finally arrived, they handled it beautifully. We've been to many weddings at this point and have seen a wide range of events. With that, comes different event planners and different styles. The Rossini team members floated around the weekends' events effortlessly in the background, but with purpose, always smiling and never showing stress or seeking attention that we've occasionally seen from other planners. We don't fault those individuals given that it's such an in-depth undertaking. But, that's not our vibe and it sure wasn't Rossini's. It's insane to us that they're able to do this more frequently than once a year. They're a well-oiled machine with the decorum of a trusted friend. It may read a little weird, but we're genuinely going to miss our calls with them. It was said earlier but, we are so lucky to have found them and, now, hopefully you are too.
