I went into Rose Floral and got my order all ready. A month or so later I got a call that the florist who had helped me was no longer there and they wanted to make sure they had everything right for my wedding. When I went in I found out that all they had on record was that I had paid a deposit and what my final bill should be. They had no other records of what I ordered or anything. Andy Rose was the one who contacted me and Carol was the florist assigned to help me recreate my order. Carol was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable, helped me reduce the cost of the flowers I ordered, and both she and Andy contacted me several times to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Rose Floral to anyone. Both Andy and Carol are great to work with. The flowers were gorgeous! I couldn't have gotten better service or flowers anywhere else! Value is difficult because everything is expensive when it comes to flowers. I enjoyed going to this place and working with the professional florists. They were helpful and very flexible.

I used Rose Floral for all of my floral arrangements as well as my bouquet and my girls' bouquet. The lady we worked with was wonderful. She was helpful and extremely nice. Come the day of the wedding however, most of our flowers were incorrect. While they were still beautiful, they were simply not the flowers we ordered. I contacted the florist after the wedding who reimbursed us for a portion of the bill which I thought was fair. They were friendly during the reimbursement process and despite the flower cast change, I would still recommend giving them a shot.
