Excellent Customer Service

First, they resized my rings at the best price--and my rings weren't from there. Second, they were so kind! Very thoughtful and helpful. I bought my fiance's ring here. They had a great selection at various prices. Came quickly, too. You are treated royally here--provide food and drinks!

Adam has been absolutely wonderful to work with through out our whole wedding ring creation process, as well as David the man behind the screen, so much talent! I go to rogers in Bakersfield Ca and I always talk to a gentleman named Nick. He is amazing, nice and always helps us out. He remembers us every time me and my husband Sergio come in. We don't just chat about jewelry we chat about football and work and other stuff that's going on. Its great to have someone like nick watch us come from a 2 year engagement to being married. Thank you Nick for everything!

My fiance purchased my engagement ring and earrings from the Fire & Ice collection at Rogers Jewelry. They helped her find the perfect items for my style: simple, modern, and beautiful! I have taken my ring in to be cleaned. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We told them what I was looking for and what our price range was and they found the perfect ring for me! It turns out I've had a picture of that same ring saved in pictures of what I want for my wedding 3 years before I was engaged. They knew what I want and found it!

I had my old wedding ring (from a previous marriage) I was able to bring it back to Rogers and they gave me the full price I paid for it towards my new wedding ring! I was able to get a Hearts on Fire over 2k ring and band! It is beautiful!! We also bought my husband's ring here. He got a black Titanium ring, after the wedding we realized it was too big, so we took it back to the store and they exchanged it for a smaller size with no problem. They truly have the best diamonds! all their rings are gorgeous, I have looked everywhere and no one else compares to Rogers, I love ROGERS!!

My Husband and I were extremely impressed with the Roger's Jewelry Superstore in Elk Grove. We had been to a few different places looking for my husbands band and we just couldn't find the right one. When we walked in and saw the huge selection, we were impressed. He found an awesome wedding band for himself, and we also got a great matching wedding band for my engagement ring. Thank you Chad for all of your help, you are an awesome salesman.

Roger's had reasonable prices and attentive sales people that weren't pushy. They listened to what we wanted and showed us several options that fit our budget and didn't try to sell us rings we didn't want. A very pleasant shopping experience!
