Seriously amazing experience! We worked with the general manager Larry. He was insanely helpful and patient with us. I'm a pretty picky but yet indecisive person, and it's hard for me to find something I really love. My engagement ring didn't come with a wedding band; because my ring juts out and sits so high up, virtually every band didn't fit the way I wanted it to. We checked around at every jewelry store in town, but ended up going back to Larry at Rogers and Hollands to order a custom band to fit my ring simply because of the amazing experience we had there when we looked at their in-store stock initially. We sat down with Larry and I explained my vision; he understood right away and called their local jeweler that they work with. I had a quote within five minutes and Larry gave us a killer deal. I also love their lifetime warranty because regular inspections are not needed. My fiance picked a tungsten ring with blue sapphires as well. Highly recommended!

Very nice people but hard to get an employee to assist you unless you are the only customer in the store.

I am very happy with my engagement and wedding band. We made a few trips into the store before the proposal to just look, once when he picked it out and after for me to pick out a band. The staff was very nice but maybe a little too pushy on trying to get us to go bigger and spend more.

I ordered my engagment ring through Rogers and Holland and told them our price budget. They began showing me rings that were out of my price range we then again told them our budget but I had already fallen in love with a ring out of my budget. They were very accommodating to assisting us with a price and lowering it down to something we could afford. We ordered our wedding bands through them as well. However, I have now had my engagement ring for about 18 months and my ring is being fixed for diamonds falling out, but luckily I have the lifetime warranty and all repairs are free. They said my ring would take about 3 weeks to fix and it's been about a month now that I have not had it. My wedding is in 3 months and will have to turn it in again in a month or so to have the band soldered to it and hopefully will have it for my wedding.
