I was a very picky about my rings and they were very patient with me as I tried to narrow down my choices of a ring. Every time I go into Lasker they are friendly and helpful. They always offer to clean my ring. I had gotten a scratch on my engagement ring and when I brought it in for the 6 month inspection, they were able to remove the scratch and didn't charge me. Would highly recommend.

My husband was able to meet with the staff to create the exact size and shape that I wanted. They enabled us to personalize it just a bit rather than purchase it directly from the case.
