Unlike traditional wedding venues where your guests are responsible for finding their own accommodations, River Yurt Village includes overnight lodging for up to 40 guests in nine beautifully appointed luxury yurts in the base venue price. Your wedding party, immediate family, and closest friends can stay together right on the property, eliminating the need for hotel shuttles and allowing everyone to enjoy the entire wedding weekend together.

Our 40' x 60' covered pavilion accommodates up to 150 seated guests and provides a beautiful, versatile setting for ceremonies, receptions, and celebrations. Our newly built, fully enclosed and air-conditioned reception hall offers an additional indoor option and features its own catering kitchen. Covered walkways connect the pavilion, reception hall, and kitchen, creating an easy flow throughout your wedding day.

With multiple spaces across our 21-acre property, you have the flexibility to create every part of your celebration your way—from your ceremony and cocktail hour to your reception, rehearsal dinner, and other wedding events. Bring your own caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, planner, and other vendors. We believe your wedding should reflect your personality, style, and vision.

What truly sets River Yurt Village apart is the luxury glamping experience. Each of our nine unique yurts features a private cedar hot tub, covered palapa, and BBQ area. With walk-in showers, comfortable bathrooms, spa-inspired hot tubs, and custom-built Argentine gaucho grills, your guests can enjoy a memorable experience long after the reception ends.

And then there’s the Medina River. Guests can swim, kayak, fish, or simply relax along the water beneath the beautiful cypress trees.
