This venue was set in a repurposed manufacturing building by Boxer Girl, LLC to help restore a historic area in downtown Jasper. River Centre has a number of event spaces for wedding celebrations. These include The River Centre Courtyard, High Pointe, and the Community Rooms. The River Centre Courtyard is a beautiful riverfront venue fitted with a 60-foot by 100-foot Century Tent. High Pointe is a rooftop space that features 4,620 square feet of space, a lounge area, a full-service bar, and a 250-guest capacity. The Community Rooms are fully-furnished spaces, ready for get-ready rooms on a couple's special day. These include a full kitchenette space and complimentary wireless internet. They can also act as an intimate wedding venue for up to 85 guests and with completely open catering.

River Centre hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners. The starting site fee for this venue covers event planning, setup, cleanup, and the use of get-ready rooms, tables, chairs, and parking.
