Rio Cibolo Ranch is a magical place where Texas country charm and lush gardens join to create your perfect wedding wonderland. We are located on the banks of the Cibolo Creek. With our unique and delicious catering it will be an unforgettable evening for you and your guests. Six beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Sites situated in lush gardens, our century old Pecan Orchard, or right on the Water to choose from. Three unique and original Ranch Reception Venues that accomodate anywhere from 50 to 1000 guests. Zuehl Haus private bridal suite for overnight stays.

Turn-key catering and entertainment services. Outside Caterers are allowed.

Go for the outdoor ceremony! It was SO beautiful!! Rio Cibolo Ranch was the very best venue to host my elegant country wedding. They know what they're are doing, and the landscaping and amenities are fabulous. You will not be disappointed.

Denise is amazing and very accommodating. She has made the planning process painless and fun. The venue is rustic and very TEXAS in the feeling. Exactly what I was looking for!

Absolutely amazing venue!! We chose to use Zeuhl's Hall but all of their venues are beautiful. Denise, the wedding coordinator, was very receptive of all of our needs, very professional and friendly and we couldnt have asked for anything more. The food was delicious and all of the staff were professional and friendly. The ranch also has a ton of great places for photos.

We can not wait to get married here! Denise has been a great help on the deciding side that its been a smooth process to date. The package we chose was "They Do Everything" and yes I'm kind of nervous but after hearing how great people talk about this place I fully trust them. October can't get here soon enough!

We worked with David starting our wedding preparations and finished working with Denise. Both were excellent. Denise ensured all decorations and vendors were set up. Denise and her team were excellent and ensured that both my husband and I did not have to stress about the night. The food was excellent. The DJ provided was great. He played all of the music we loved. All of our family and friends enjoyed the night. Rio Cibolo Ranch is an excellent choice for a wedding and reception venue.

We LOVED Rio Cibolo Ranch. They had many different options for various sized weddings, lots of fun activities for guests and the staff was amazing. Denise was especially helpful throughout the entire process. We loved that they had a large (and delicious) food selection and it was nice to not have to look for a caterer as well as the venue. They venue also provided a selection of vases, jars, baskets and other decoration to use at our discretion. It was a WONDERFUL experience.

Denise is wonderful! She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She made sure our wedding ran smoothly and took care of everything. She even got our photographer and videographer an umbrella when it started raining. The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious. Great place to have a wedding!

Absolutely loved Rio Cibolo Ranch! It was the perfect combination of rustic and elegance for my husband and I. Wouldn't have had our bug day anywhere else. The staff was amazing and took care of everything!

David was an awesome coordinator. i didn't have to worry about anything!!! He even had great suggestions on things I hadn't thought of. All of my guests said they loved the location of the ceremony space next to the reception and the beauty of the grounds. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an "easy" wedding.
