rent4parties is the best I have found so far they have the lates trend in party decorations, the service is excellent. Beautiful and elegant!! I recommend to take a look in to their website or show room. Friendly customer service, help you find what your need to make your event the event of the year.

Please DO NOT order from them. Yes, they have a lot of nice things but the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional and they do not deliver on time. I placed my order in April . My event was Schedule June.24th. They give you a 2 hour delivery window. I was scheduled to have my items delivered between 4-6pm. My delivery did not show up until 6:45. 45 mins AFTER my event started and guest arrived. Then it took the staff about 30 mins to set everything. No one apologized, no one was emphatic. It was terrible. Don't let them ruin your special day like they ruined mine.

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. My entire order was wrong for my party, and many chair covers were ripped at the seams, rendering them useless. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

After I paid for all of my items, only THEN did they inform me that they did NOT carry what I ordered. They somehow made a “mistake” and I was forced to scramble an entire different color scheme 3 days before the party!!!! It made no sense to me, because I was in their showroom and they are the ones who told us that everything was available.

Do not use this company if you plan on having an upscale or even a moderate party. Even in their office, if you look closely- all of their items are in need of repair or repainting. A detail that I overlooked, a very costly mistake.

They sent me tablecloths that were more than 3 ft longer (all the way around) than I ordered. Since they only let you pick up the items one day in advance, we did not recognize the mistake until we got into the place to set the party up. I called the office and left messages- no one would return my call. Nothing fit, and all the colors were WRONG.

I had to improvise and tie the excess fabric under the tables with bungee cords. My tables were a disaster. I was so distraught and yet I still tried to make the best of what they gave me in hopes that they would reach out and fix their mistakes. (Spoiler alert: they didn’t.)

The chair covers that were provided were not even the same color or fabric and had wonky fitting. We had to cancel out 3 tables in total with 18 chairs because of the crummy quality and rips to the fabric.

Once party members arrived, my Aunt who is 80, tripped and fell over the table leg and excess fabric, causing her to need to see a wound specialist to have a truly massive blood blister the size of a softball removed. Not one apology from this place.

This place is a joke! It was always a different price whenever i spoke to somebody either over the phone or in person. The main issue i have with this company, is that they were supposed to pick up the chair and backdrop at 10 p.m. Also, the chair came scratched up and dirty. The scratches on the leather chair were horrendous! Anyway, I didn't receive a call until 11:49 p.m. ALMOST 12 IN THE MORNING, stating that they couldn't pick up the equipment from the hall i had it in. The venue charged me 1 hour to keep the hall open, just so these clowms can come pick it up or i had to take the equipment home with me, which would have been impossible due to the size of the chair and backdrop. So since they couldnt come on time that night, i had to call out of work the following day to wait for them to pick up the rented equipment. This company stated to "make things right", they will credit me the deliver charge of $65, but only as a credit for a next event. After telling Jackie, which i think is the onwers wife or secretary, why the hell will i ever use your company again, she stated it was the policy. Lol! I actually settled to receive the $65 as a refund and not a credit since i wasnt going to ever use it and they still denied the refund. They stated that the credit can be transferable to somebody else for their own event. Lmao!!! Why would i have anyone go through what i went through??? They didnt care. So if you want a headache, go for it. If you want to waist your time after your long event is finished and to miss out of work, then i say go for it! But i will NEVER rent ANYTHING from this place ever again.
