The building itself features an elegant boutique style interior, and it offers numerous event spaces to host everything from an intimate wedding celebration to a grand affair.

Mosaic. The Ballroom is a very large space that can comfortably accommodate for an indoor ceremony with room for 500+ for a seated reception with an oversized dance floor. It features high ceilings and industrial chandeliers for a unique feel for the space. For those who like this space but have fewer people in their wedding party, it can be split up into up to six smaller sections.

The Foyer. The Foyer is available for hosting a pre-ceremony cocktail hour, and it is also available for casual, cocktail-style receptions. It is just outside of the main ballroom, and it is large enough for up to 350 standing guests.

The Rooftop Bar. As its name suggests, The Rooftop Bar is located on the roof of the building, and it features sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding city. Offering a late-night option where your guests can #seeandbeseen.

Impressions. If you are interested in having a more intimate event, you may want to consider Impressions. This space works well for up to 50 standing guests or 30 seated guests. It features a neutral color scheme that makes it easy to customize with your own decorations.

What You Should Know

Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel has an on-site catering team that is responsible for providing all food and beverage services for weddings. Outside food and drink vendors are not permitted. However, you may communicate directly with the on-site catering team to help them craft a custom menu that suits your needs. After reserving a date for your wedding you can schedule a complimentary menu tasting (up to six people) before you make your final food selections.

This venue provides all necessary seating, including chairs for ceremonies and chairs and tables for seated receptions. We have a selection of round and rectangular tables from which to choose. All place settings are also provided, as well as white table linens. If you want to have custom linens, you can order them through the venue or bring them from an outside vendor.

You along with your wedding party are permitted to bring in your own decorations. However, all decorations must be approved by venue management to ensure that they will not cause any damage to the facilities. We will not allow; rice, birdseed, glitter or confetti.
