I cannot stress this enough...Laura saved my wedding. Seriously. We had a mix up with the venue who called Reliable wanted to change my rentals. Laura knew me well enough to call me immediately. Had she not, I would have not known my venue coordinator was out and the venue had none of her notes. Reliable is so in tune with their clients. On top of that, all my linens looked wonderful, many of which were their personal recommendations. I will refer them to everyone!

Reliable Rentals is indeed reliable in their quality of selection and delivery service. They maintained good communication with my wedding planner and were flexible with invoicing and materials as the guest count changed leading up to the wedding.

We had the best experience at Reliable Rentals and working with Maggie! Maggie made our rentals hassle free and we never were worried about anything going wrong. She was always quick with communication, willing to change our order as many times as we needed, gave us great advice (listen to the professionals! they know what they are doing), and truly went above and beyond! Our wedding details were confirmed the day before and I again had one more change to the seating arrangement, Maggie was swift and made sure that her staff knew the changes. They showed up when they said they were going to, all items were as expected, and picked up when they said they would. I felt like Maggie cared about our wedding day going smoothly and the work that she did proved that. Thank you Reliable Rentals!!

Reliable Rental and Melissa were so great in the planning of our daughter's wedding. They helped us with all of the figuring of what and how much we needed. They were in no way ever trying to get us to rent things we didn't need. Melissa went out to the venue herself and measured and checked it out and send us a map of what would fit and how it would fit. As we got closer, the weather looked iffy and she created a new optional rain plan!! She was wonderful to work with and the prices were very reasonable. Everything we rented was delivered in great condition. I will certainly use them again if the opportunity arises.

I was worried when our initial contact left the company and we were given a new coordinator. They were so easy to work with and very flexible. Because our wedding was on a sunday, they offered to leave the larger tent and extra fans from the wedding the day before at no cost to us!

I am so grateful for Reliable Rentals and their helpfulness throughout the wedding planning process. Emily was always quick to respond with my MANY questions and requests, and they even made changes for me the morning of the wedding. They really helped take care of all the nitty-gritty details that aren't so much fun for a bride to stress over. Thank you so much Reliable and especially you, Emily!

Service was friendly, both in the showroom and at delivery. Linens were lovely, china and glassware was exactly what we wanted. Dance floor could have been a bit more sturdy and well put together (we all kept tripping over loose edges), but that wasn't a big deal. We would definitely rent from them again!

Reliable Rentals was very easy to work with. They do many events with our venue (Farmington Historic Plantation), so they did all of the coordinating with Farmington as to what time to set up and tear down, and already knew what Farmington had on hand, so that we weren't renting things that we already had. Emily sent us a pdf of our invoice and of the diagram for setup, so we knew exactly how everything would look on the wedding day.

Always professional, always competitvely priced, linens always pressed and spotless. Wonderful selection!
