D & j aruba takeover
Natalie Sylvania, aka Regal Planners, was remarkable. During the planning process for my daughter's wedding she attentively listened to our desires and dislikes. She provided multiple avenues to communicate, emails, WhatsApp and we a couple of Zoom video chats. She was always positive and upbeat. You can tell in advance, she really cares about putting together the event you want as much as possible. We discussed budget and she offered ideas to get the best event , but still trying to work with our numbers. We used the Renaissance but my daughter didn't want to be on the beach. So we used the convention room and it was perfect. She obviously has a great working relationship with the resort staff, because it was a seamless event. We couldn't tell where resort staff ended and Regal Planners began. They all worked together. My daughter had a few VERY UNIQUE requests that were easily accommodated. And the other contractors, Photographer, Videographer and DJ were professional in our communications and attention to things that were the finer details for us. One example of their professionalism, my daughter asked me if I had talked to the photographer about our requests for pre-ceremony pictures. I simply told her, I was sure Natalie had. When she asked Natalie, the response was, " OH yes, we've talked and everything is scheduled the way you wanted". Isn't that the ultimate calming statement to a bride the day before here wedding. Im sure we're not the only one, but the extra anxiety of being a group, bride and groom from off the island. We're, from Washington, DC, USA, area. Reality of coordinating an event of this scale, after having only met with Natalie, 1 time in person 2 years ago, further compounded the anxiety for an event like a WEDDING. Let me give her and her groups ugh glorious praise to help anyone feel secure with leaving the details in their hands

Aruba Local Wedding 2026
We had an amazing experience with Natalie and her team! We had a big wedding with multiple ceremonies, and they made everything run smoothly. Everything went just as planned. Even during the last week, when we had some miscommunication with a few vendors, Natalie and her team took care of everything and made sure it was fixed! They always kept us updated and made the whole planning process so much easier.
Natalie was an amazing wedding planner. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. She helped bring our vision to life, kept us on budget, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Because of her and her team, we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Natalie and her team. From start to finish, they were attentive, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and they brought our vision to life even more beautifully than we imagined. The entire day looked gorgeous and felt seamless thanks to their organization and care. Knowing they had everything handled allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding without stress. We are so grateful for their hard work and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple planning their big day.

We hired a wedding planner while we were on the island and met with him in person to plan our wedding within our budget. Everything was agreed upon, and I truly believed our beautiful 2025 Aruba wedding was in motion. Unfortunately, once we left the island and returned home, we discovered he was a fraud who had taken our money and disappeared.
I was in shock and despair and felt completely lost. Soon after, I began receiving messages from others who had experienced the same situation and was quickly encouraged to contact Natalie.
From the very beginning, Natalie was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly empathetic to what we had just gone through. After losing thousands of dollars to the previous planner, trust did not come easily — but Natalie promptly earned mine. She was always just a message or phone call away.
Planning a destination wedding from Canada made it even more challenging, especially not being on the island for almost a year. However, Natalie consistently reassured me to not stress and to let her handle everything. Whenever we encountered hiccups along the way, she was quick to offer thoughtful alternatives that immediately eased my anxiety.
Natalie was able to stay within our budget while creating the most beautiful wedding, perfectly tailored to us. The greatest compliment of all was hearing our guests say it was the best wedding they had ever attended. From the stunning location to the incredible food, DJ, steel pan player, and even dancing on the beach in the warm Aruba rain — every detail was absolutely perfect.

Wedding vow Renewal 25th Playa Linda September 23rd 2025
We renewed our 25TH Wedding Renewals at Playa Linda on September 23rd. Natalie did a fabulous job of communicating with us leading up to the big day. She set up the flowers, photographer, Minister and the hairdresser to come to our room at Playa Linda. Everything turned out perfect. I would highly recommend Natalie and her team for Weddings, Vow renewals. Very classy organization. Natalie is a sweetheart.
