Best Wedding Planner in Aruba
Natalie and her team were absolutely wonderful. I want to say she saved our lives, not even being dramatic , because prior to working with Natalie was an absolute nightmare. When I first found Natalie, we were two months out from our wedding, working with a company/planner that was making wedding planning for us absolutely miserable. The lack of communication, the inconsistency with pricing, the excuses of being busy; we thought it was normal. I thought it was normal things to stress over, but no… wedding planning should never be THAT stressful. It should be exciting and you should feel comfortable with your wedding planner and trust them, knowing they are working with you, within your budget, to help you plan the most beautiful wedding you ever dreamed of.
I reached out to Natalie and she got back to me the following day. We had a phone call and I was in tears crying on the phone to her, because I realized I made a huge mistake not listening to my gut feeling that something was wrong, we shouldn’t be feeling this way planning our wedding. In one phone call, I felt reassured by working with her that we would still have the most beautiful wedding, and we did.
In the short amount of time we had until our wedding, Natalie was on board right away and was able to recreate our dream wedding with everything we wanted. Whenever I reached out to ask something, she would respond no more than 24 hours later. Communication is everything and if you know that is true, Natalie is the one you want. I will vouch for this amazing woman everyday for all the days of my life.
What was chaos to us, she came in and handled everything with great finesse, and so professionally and with kindness. You can tell when someone loves what they do for work, and Natalie truly does and cares a whole lot. She was reliable, easy to work with, honest, and made our wedding experience unforgettable. Our wedding was gorgeous and we are so grateful to have found her. Thank you so so so much Natalie. My heart is so full ♥️

Aruba Local Wedding 2026
We had an amazing experience with Natalie and her team! We had a big wedding with multiple ceremonies, and they made everything run smoothly. Everything went just as planned. Even during the last week, when we had some miscommunication with a few vendors, Natalie and her team took care of everything and made sure it was fixed! They always kept us updated and made the whole planning process so much easier.
Natalie was an amazing wedding planner. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. She helped bring our vision to life, kept us on budget, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Because of her and her team, we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Natalie and her team. From start to finish, they were attentive, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and they brought our vision to life even more beautifully than we imagined. The entire day looked gorgeous and felt seamless thanks to their organization and care. Knowing they had everything handled allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding without stress. We hired a wedding planner while we were on the island and met with him in person to plan our wedding within our budget. Everything was agreed upon, and I truly believed our beautiful 2025 Aruba wedding was in motion. Unfortunately, once we left the island and returned home, we discovered he was a fraud who had taken our money and disappeared.
I was in shock and despair and felt completely lost. Soon after, I began receiving messages from others who had experienced the same situation and was quickly encouraged to contact Natalie.
From the very beginning, Natalie was compassionate, understanding, and incredibly empathetic to what we had just gone through. After losing thousands of dollars to the previous planner, trust did not come easily — but Natalie promptly earned mine. She was always just a message or phone call away.
Planning a destination wedding from Canada made it even more challenging, especially not being on the island for almost a year. However, Natalie consistently reassured me to not stress and to let her handle everything. Whenever we encountered hiccups along the way, she was quick to offer thoughtful alternatives that immediately eased my anxiety.
Natalie was able to stay within our budget while creating the most beautiful wedding, perfectly tailored to us. The greatest compliment of all was hearing our guests say it was the best wedding they had ever attended. From the stunning location to the incredible food, DJ, steel pan player, and even dancing on the beach in the warm Aruba rain — every detail was absolutely perfect.

Wedding vow Renewal 25th Playa Linda September 23rd 2025
We renewed our 25TH Wedding Renewals at Playa Linda on September 23rd. Natalie did a fabulous job of communicating with us leading up to the big day. She set up the flowers, photographer, Minister and the hairdresser to come to our room at Playa Linda. Everything turned out perfect. I would highly recommend Natalie and her team for Weddings, Vow renewals. Very classy organization. Natalie is a sweetheart.

Natalie brought a lot of wisdom and experience to the wedding planning process. She was able to provide really important and practical advice to help make out wedding a success. During the wedding itself, she and her team were able to handle any issues that came up. They really allowed us to be completely in the moment during the day, without any worries or distractions as we had complete confidence in the team. Natalie and her team at Regal were amazing! We got married this past May at the Hyatt Regency after two years of planning, and choosing Regal was one of the best decisions we made.
