Natalie and her team were absolutely wonderful. I want to say she saved our lives, not even being dramatic , because prior to working with Natalie was an absolute nightmare. When I first found Natalie, we were two months out from our wedding, working with a company/planner that was making wedding planning for us absolutely miserable. The lack of communication, the inconsistency with pricing, the excuses of being busy; we thought it was normal. I thought it was normal things to stress over, but no… wedding planning should never be THAT stressful. It should be exciting and you should feel comfortable with your wedding planner and trust them, knowing they are working with you, within your budget, to help you plan the most beautiful wedding you ever dreamed of.
I reached out to Natalie and she got back to me the following day. We had a phone call and I was in tears crying on the phone to her, because I realized I made a huge mistake not listening to my gut feeling that something was wrong, we shouldn’t be feeling this way planning our wedding. In one phone call, I felt reassured by working with her that we would still have the most beautiful wedding, and we did.
In the short amount of time we had until our wedding, Natalie was on board right away and was able to recreate our dream wedding with everything we wanted. Whenever I reached out to ask something, she would respond no more than 24 hours later. Communication is everything and if you know that is true, Natalie is the one you want. I will vouch for this amazing woman everyday for all the days of my life.
What was chaos to us, she came in and handled everything with great finesse, and so professionally and with kindness. You can tell when someone loves what they do for work, and Natalie truly does and cares a whole lot. She was reliable, easy to work with, honest, and made our wedding experience unforgettable. Our wedding was gorgeous and we are so grateful to have found her. Thank you so so so much Natalie. My heart is so full ♥️

Spectacular!
I hired Natalie to plan our beach wedding ceremony for May 2020, but unfortunately Covid shut down all travel to Aruba. So, what does a bride do? She postpones her plans and prays that her wedding can come to reality a year later. And it did! I have to say that Natalie is a gem to work with. Her communication skills outstanding! Very detailed oriented. She picked the perfect beach location. She made our day very magical! I felt like a princess! My hairsylist/makeup artist superb! Our photographer fantastic! He captured moments to cherish and remember and the officient sealed the deal! It all could not have happened without Natalie. Natalie gives you that personal attention every bride should receive. Thank you Natalie. After almost two years of planning you made our dream a reality! -

Natalie had such a calm and cool demeanor throughout the whole planning process. She took on much more than a wedding as she helped us with our wedding night, the logistics for a boat day, and full blow out beach party with tents, a DJ, and food! Our guests talked nonstop about how amazing Natalie was all weekend (and her team!)...Highly recommend using Natalie for any and all of your party planning needs - she knows everyone on the island and was a life saver being the feet on the ground while I lived in the states. -

Excellent experience from planning to the actual wedding day and even post wedding!!!
Natalie and her team at Regal Planners helped me to plan and execute my dream wedding!!! I am a little bit of a control freak so planning a destination wedding where I knew I wouldn’t get to see much of my vision until day of was definitely outside of my comfort zone. Natalie spent hours in the phone with me, emailing and texting, communicating with vendors, and meeting me in person 3 separate times the week of my wedding to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with every detail. I was on a budget and she helped me stick to that budget and think creatively to save money. She allowed me to ship decor to her prior to the wedding so I didn’t need to travel through the airport with it and even shipped some of it back for us! The day of the wedding Natalie ensured everything went smoothly from getting ready to clean up and every in between. On our wedding day Natalie and her mom felt more like family than wedding planners and we were thrilled to have them on the journey with us! -

Working with Regal Planners was truly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. From the very beginning, Natalie took the time to listen and understand my vision, and then went above and beyond to bring it to life. She didn’t just meet my expectations—she exceeded them.
What stood out the most was how completely stress-free the experience felt. On the wedding day itself, I never had to worry about a thing—Natalie and her team managed every detail and handled any little hiccups so gracefully that I didn’t even notice them. Their calm, professional presence allowed me to relax, stay present, and genuinely enjoy every moment. If there was ever something I wanted to put away or have taken care of, her team was right there to handle it so I could stay focused on celebrating.
Another huge highlight was the communication throughout the planning process. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming when you can’t always be there in person to see the smaller details, but Natalie always put me at ease. She stayed in close contact, answered every question quickly, and made sure I felt confident in every decision we made together.
I also really appreciated how Natalie works thoughtfully within your budget. She helped me make smart choices without ever compromising my vision, finding creative ways to make everything look beautiful while keeping costs in check.
And then there were the thoughtful extras—the team even created a beautiful reel video that allows me to relive my wedding day over and over again. It’s something I will truly cherish forever.
I cannot thank Natalie and her incredible team enough for making my wedding day seamless, beautiful, and more magical than I ever dreamed. Hire Regal Planners NOW! Regal Planners gave my husband and I the wedding of our wildest dreams. Anything and everything we needed or envisioned, Natalie (CEO) took care of immediately.
Natalie was so responsive that sometimes I felt guilty I couldn't get back to her soon enough! She was just so quick to identify any details that needed attending to, and made sure it fit with out vision.
Natalie's entire team was incredibly attentive on our wedding day, and everything worked out so effortlessly.
We were told from multiple guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Please look no further than Natalie and her team at Regal Planners for your wedding needs. She took all the pressure off of me, and on the day of my wedding all we had to do was show up.

We have been planning our wedding for a year.
Regal did a awesome job planning our very non traditional wedding. Natalie and staff were outstanding.
We got married on June 25 2022 at the Rum Reef at Baby Beach and people are still talking about how great it was.

We renewed our 25TH Wedding Renewals at Playa Linda on September 23rd. Natalie did a fabulous job of communicating with us leading up to the big day. She set up the flowers, photographer, Minister and the hairdresser to come to our room at Playa Linda. Everything turned out perfect. I would highly recommend Natalie and her team for Weddings, Vow renewals. Very classy organization. Natalie is a sweetheart.

If you need a wedding planner, you must work with Regal Planners Aruba!!! The whole team (Natalie, Darlene, and Jessica) was absolutely incredible and made sure the day went perfectly. We still have guests telling us how incredible everything was, and it was all thanks to Natalie and her team!
I was in contact with Natalie over a year before our wedding date and she was extremely helpful and easy to talk to the entire time. We told her what we hoped for and envisioned for our wedding, and she even helped make recommendations on venues and vendors that would best meet our ideas. She is extremely well organized and easy to contact, which made the planning process a breeze and I never worried about a thing!
Somehow, despite all the planning we did, the event was even more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed of. She thought of all the little details, made sure the wedding went smoothly, and even did set up and tear down, making the wedding day completely stress free. She even helped put extra pins in my veil to make sure the strong winds wouldn’t make it fly away!!!
We also have to give a special shout out to Darlene, who was our officiant for our ceremony. Darlene is so genuine and kind, and after talking just a few times it already felt like we knew each other very well. She was absolutely incredible and helped make our ceremony perfect. We had multiple guests comment on how beautiful the ceremony was, thanks to Darlene! Thank you so much from your Barbie and Ken :)

I would recommend regales to everyone because of the great service the provided me in a very stressful time of planning.
First of all, they were flexable and Honest. They made sure that i didnt have to worry about details she took the time to listen to my ideas. What ever hour of the day we needed assistance they were present.

My husband and I can not recommend Natalie and her team at Regal Planners enough. Natalie was always very promt in answering my emails and had an answer for every question that I had. When we found out we were pregnant right after signing our contract Natalie was super helpful and flexible when we had to change our wedding date.
On the actual day of the wedding Natalie was so helpful in keeping everything running smoothly and making sure both my husband and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. She also was able to help bussel my dress when my mom couldn't figure it out. I feel like our event turned out so well because of Regal Planners and all of the hard work they did. -

Great Experience!
My husband and I can not say enough about how great Regal Planners was to work with. When you are planning an event long-distance it can be stressful, but not with Natalie from Regal Planners. She was very accommodating, responsive, and will provide you with what you ask for and more. Our officiant Darlene, George for hair and makeup, and photographer Stiven Sanchez made our private ceremony festive and personal. We started our process through our resort wedding department and it was not a very good experience. So glad we found Regal Planners. I discovered Natalie and Regal Planners through my mom, who had worked with them in 2023 for her vow renewal, and I’m so glad we chose their team. We planned a ceremony-only celebration for 30 guests in Aruba, and from the moment we arrived, everything was organized, allowing me to truly enjoy the experience without stress.
I shared inspiration photos ahead of time, and the team recreated my vision seamlessly—the setup was stunning and exactly what I hoped for. On the wedding day, Jessica, the assistant planner, was by my side and did an incredible job making sure every detail came together beautifully. We were able to meet with Jessica a few days prior to the wedding to review the ceremony site (Eagle Beach). There were a few small bumps in the road, including a last-minute change with the violinist, but the team handled everything quickly and gracefully, giving us options and ensuring it all worked out.
Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, our wedding day flowed effortlessly and felt magical from start to finish. I’m so grateful to Regal Planners for making our dream ceremony a reality and would recommend them to any couple planning a destination wedding. -

Locals at their best!
We have met Nathalie (of Regal Planners) via the Renaissance Wedding planner (Zulaika Boekhoudt). Zulaika recommended Nathalie because she knows the wedding venue (Renaissance Island) very well. Also Nathalie knows pretty much all the wedding vendors on Aruba.
Regal Planners are very flexible and responsive. For example when we couldn’t reach the wedding band they pulled their wittiness to look for them on social media and they found indeed contact info. Sometimes you are too stressed out when these things happen a couple of weeks before the wedding. Thankfully Regal Planners understood completely that you cannot book a wedding band just a few weeks before a weddding. So, they immediately searched for them online and succeeded!
Furthermore, Regal Planners were on point making sure that everything went smooth and aligned with the timetable on the Big Day.
We were very happy with their service and we would recommend them definitely if you want to be relieved and supported in creating your perfect wedding!
