She is not only a banquet hall owner she also has a degree in event planning. She helped me in so many ways in ideas and keeping me calm and collect as the day got closer. She has become a personal friend as she helped me with so much for my event. The flowers, lighting music etc. was perfect I had no complaints.
Everyone commented on how beautiful the event location was.

Avoid at all costs

WARNING - UNPROFESSIONAL - BAD SERVICE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This was the worst experience and money spent (Clemenza Quinces - Nov 11, 2023) Upon signing the contract with the venue, it was agreed that Regal Palace Ballrooms would upgrade the chairs in exchange for not utilizing the floral arrangements and stage. We understand that this isn't normally done, as they have mentioned several times, but we signed the contract with your venue BECAUSE the chairs were being upgraded, among other things. 80% of these upgraded chairs were wobbling or broken, to which, the employees shrugged it off, and only offered 10 replacement chairs. We had to spend an hour fixing the chairs to the best of our ability. And not only were the chairs broken, there was a broken table setup, thankfully we caught this before the event started and were able to get the table replaced. 
The venue was also supposed to provide my 120 guests with appetizers. Those appetizers never made it to the event. An employee then advised my aunt that appetizers were not a part of the package we chose, and later realized her mistake and retracted her statement. She then coerced my aunt by offering to set off an additional set of cold sparks, while dinner was being served and it was clear that no appetizers would be given. This has NO MONETARY value, it also didn't feed my 120 guests. Just so that you all know, the cold sparks are included in the package, all they did was press a button for it to go off again. It literally had no monetary value for them to do again since the cold spark machine was already there.
We paid for an Hora Loca, a recommended vendor by this venue that was supposed to be an hour long, starting at 10:30pm until 11:30pm. The performance started at 10:40pm, and the performers walked out of the venue at 11:14pm. The HORA Loca lasted 40 minutes. This cost an additional $1000, AND it is another service that didn't perform to what was agreed upon with the venue. 
The included DJ had our Quincenera in literal tears. He played an instrumental version of the surprise song, and then when the Quincenera asked for it to be corrected, he took an approximate 15 minutes to figure it out. It was humiliating for the Quincenera on her special day, a day that only happens once. He repeated the same songs several times. It was very disappointing. Lastly, Regal Palace Ballrooms, states that they are going to provide you with a PREMIUM LIQUOR package. This was a HUGE part of us signing with the venue. Imagine our surprise to find that the premium liquor was all watered down. Several guests approached my aunt, Maria Clemenza, with complaints and comments about the watered down alcohol. After complaining and arguing with both the bartender and another employee who I believe was a manager, both who were unable to provide or show us a bottle of alcohol that was sealed, they agreed that the beverages were watered down. The manager went to a liquor store nearby and purchased a single new bottle of Vodka, but there was no remedy for any of the other liquors provided. I have several witnesses that could attest to this, including a lawyer. As I mentioned to your employee it is ILLEGAL to serve alcohol that has been tampered with, it is also unethical.
I have written to the venue for some sort of refund on the premium liquor and apps and they haven’t responded… they said they were going to research what went wrong… um, WHAT RESEARCH…? That was the weirdest response.. I am going to go ahead and assume that they are going to ignore my complaints. The worst of it is that they have literally POSTED our event like it is something that we were proud of.. WE DID EVERYTHING OURSELVES.. THE CHAIRS ARE NOT THEIRS, THE STAGE IS NOT THEIRS, THE CHARGER PLATES, SILVERWARE IS NOT THEIRS, THE FLOWERS WERE NOT THEIRS, THE VASES WERE NOT THEIRS, THE CHOREOGRAPHY WAS NOT THEIRS. I could literally go on and on about what went wrong, but I think this gets the point across.

Can’t be worse

Make sure you read everything before signing that contract, she will make your life horrible if you don’t do so.
