We purchased my wedding rings at Reeds 22 years ago. The setting prongs had worn down so we had to send them off for repair. They were quick with the repair and returned them 10 days sooner than promised and my rings look like they are brand new.

Great jeweler, and beautiful rings. Have needed to take my engagement ring back for repair on multiple occasions. Diamond sometimes tends to be loose or falls out completely, but with my warranty the diamond is replaced whenever needed. They have always been respectful and courteous.
