Diamond stone fell out of new ring twice within one year
My husband purchased an anniversary band (with insurance) from this "jeweler". Within the time span of 9 months, the stone has fallen out TWICE!!!!!!!!!
The first time they allegedly repaired the ring "in-house" and replaced the stone. The second time they sent it "off site" for repairs and stone replacement. I own multiple pieces of expensive jewelry and I have never had stones FALL OUT. Do not. I repeat. Do not purchase "jewelry" from Reeds. It's not worth the time, sacrifice, tears, disappointment. My husband spent thousands on this anniversary band which turned out to be cheaply put together play jewelry.
I requested an exact exchange since my ring is defective and I was told no. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for an exchange. Poor service. Don't shop here. You have been warned!!!
