I should start by saying that we gt our actual wedding bands from the Reeds store in Owings Mills. I also got my husband's wedding gift from there. When that store closed, I began coming to this location to get my engagement ring cleaned/serviced. My husband also purchased my wedding gift from this store. He was there for less than 10 minutes! The prices are great, the service is good, and we will keep coming back!

I had a great experience working with Reeds for our wedding bands! They were not pushy and actually listened to what I wanted and what my husband wanted. They didn't try to upsell us, which we both really appreciated and were concerned more with our happiness then the dollar amount.

From the start we loved this jeweler. Towards the end, SOME of the salespeople started getting rude. They acted like they were too good for us and our business was a joke. One time my husband and I walked in and instead of asking us if we needed help, they stood there and stared at us like we were bothering them. We did work with someone (the manager) who was very professional to us and treated us with respect. Nice jewelry, semi-bad employees.
