Regarding the above post, almost the same exact experience. I could not believe the words she used towards a client. I was shocked and taken back. I don't understand how this woman deals with newborns and postpartum moms on a daily basis. Please stay away. Not worth the time or energy. If you can get past her nasty emails and unprofessional tone, I wish you the net of luck!

After reading several good reviews about Redhead Photography and speaking with what seemed like a nice woman, we decided to give her a try when our son was born. Unfortunately, we had an experience we would like to forget. Due to unforeseen complications in our son's delivery, the timing between when we could get him in for pictures and when we left the hospital wasn't going to work. After promising us "she'd do her best" she presented us approximately 20 pictures, which were really just different angles of 2 or 3 shots. We tried to discuss a partial refund because she did not deliver the 8 or 9 poses we paid close to $1000 for. At that point she started saying things to us that no business person (or parent) should ever say to a customer. Needless to say, we will NEVER use her services again and would not recommend to any of our friends and family that they use her either.
