We hired RedDoor to do our engagement photoshoot and our wedding day and our pictures turned out amazing! The whole day was magical and it is easily seen in our wedding photos! Moreover, Crystal (the studio manager) kindly asks you to come in and review your photos on a flat screen while playing relaxing music! She, too, is outstanding and very personable! If you want awesome, cutting-edge yet traditional photos - Go with Red Door! My biggest fear was that I only had 1 chance here & I didn't want to make a mistake. I wanted a few traditional poses, but I always thought my parent's photos were so boring. Everyone is posed. It's hard to imagine the day BC everyone is so "placed". While these are nice, I wanted photos that captured moments, emotions too, so I could remember. Our first experience with Red Door was with engagement photos. Marie, the head photographer, creatively helped us choose a 40's barbershop theme which is cool for me, Bride, because my family owns an old fashioned barbershop where we did our pictures along with traditional ones too. They were GREAT! I was so worried about a blemish that popped up that AM, but it was ridiculous because she edited it right out of EVERY image! No memory of that - YES!

We continued with Red Door for our wedding. The girls helped me organize my timeline of events from everyone's hair/makeup to every photo (guys, girls, family, etc), so everything was on a schedule. Red Door even has connections to make-up artists, so my make-up looked great - ALL DAY. On the day of my wedding, Marie was incredibly talented, timely & prepared. She popped in/out of our room, frequently without us even realizing it, taking so many candid shots. They told the entire days story & were hilarious to see. From angles, lighting, poses, locations & fitting in our huge family without seeming to lose anyone, her ability to visualize what would look good was impressive. The moment when my husband & I saw each other for the first time was priceless. She got it all. I seriously think I have the prettiest photos of anyone I know.

On your wedding day, you don't want a photographer who can neither make quick decisions nor work efficiently, and work with sudden changes in either your schedule, needs or weather. Red Door was completely confident with everything & fun to work with. Thanks Red Door!
