Ravenous Catering is a wonder to work with! They have some options for a menu that they just make - we highly recommend the Dank Flanks and Chicken Thighs - but they are also totally willing to build a menu around what you want and what you love! They are super creative - My husband is from buffalo and we wanted something buffalo sauce inspired, in walked a Buffalo Port Tart as an appetizer, just absolutely delicious. They make their own Focaccia - don’t skip it! They are clean, efficient, kind and awesome! Book them for your wedding!

After we booked our venue the first thing we did was book this vendor since we heard this was hands down the best place in the area to have cater the wedding. One of the best things about Ravenous is that they will help you create the menu you want--meaning you don't need to pick a few things off a pre-built list. We knew we wanted an epic taco bar and Ravenous helped us build the perfect menu of appetizers, sides, and of course tacos with all the toppings you could ever want.

Our guests loved that they were able to clearly see on the menu and labels what was vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free too. The food lived up to the hype and was tasty and fresh (something important to me)! My sister also claimed this was the best guacamole she had ever had. Ravenous was easy to work with and helpful with answering all our questions over the long time between booking/wedding date. On the wedding date, they worked so seamlessly with the venue staff and our day-of-coordinator my involvement was no more than a hello and thank you.

I highly recommend Ravenous for catering your wedding. They book up fast, so if you aren't committed to a certain date it is worth waiting for.

I hired Ravenous Catering to cater my wedding. My favorite thing about Ravenous is that they don't have a pre-set menu you have to choose from; rather, they allow you to create your own menu for which they source fresh and local ingredients. I wanted thai food for my wedding and Oktoberfest food for my rehearsal dinner (we are in Leavenworth after all) and both meals were OUT OF THIS WORLD! I have never heard so many compliments from guests about a wedding meal. I even made time to eat during the wedding despite all the other obligations because I was so excited about the creative and delicious menu Valarie had made for us. Everything was beyond our expectations and wildest dreams. I was especially happy to know that ingredients used were as fresh, local, and organic as possible.

My wedding had to be postponed due to COVID and throughout that stressful experience they were so responsive to my needs and flexible with changes. They were very communicative about the particular restrictions related to COVID and kept us updated. Valarie always responded to my emails and was supportive and encouraging during a challenging time. For that I will always be grateful.

We loved Ravenous Catering for so many reasons!
First and foremost - their food is incredible. It is sourced as local as possible - with many of the vegetables grown in the gardens on their own property! This was a huge bonus for my husband and I.
The company is family owned and run - and they do a marvelous job helping you craft the perfect menu. They even prepared a special dish for my mother who is a very picky eater and would not have been able to enjoy the buffet we laid out! We had initially booked Val and her team for 2020 but with COVID they were incredibly generous and flexible with us and we honestly can't imagine a better experience. At the end of the party, if their is food leftover they give you the option of taking it with you or they donate it a local women's shelter - it is great to know that they are conscious of their impact and provide such a wonderful service!

A 2020 Wedding was no easy task, but working with Ravenous not only was seamless--they wonderful dependability and flexibility was a constant grace amidst the stress. Every time we were on the phone with them it was a delight -- like the rest of our wedding -- it amplified the feeling that this was an event of collaborative love.
Oh--and the FOOD! My husband and I very happily FEASTED on the leftovers the week after! So many compliments about the food (including from our Chef friends).
We just want to come up with reasons for a party/event so that we can hire them again...

My husband and I were very pleased with the tasty food Ravenous Catering served for our wedding. The Thai food was fresh and delicious. Many of our guests complimented the food and wanted to know which restaurant it came from so they could have more. We were quite impressed with the quality of everything served and the efficient cleaning job they did afterwards. I'd definitely hire them again for a special event.

Caterers don’t really do tastings anymore which is hard when trying to hire one. We met with Val and Dave at their kitchen and were basically sold when watching Dave make fresh focaccia bread. They helped us come up with a delicious menu that met our personalities and was within budget. We were excited about the menu for about 11 months and were blown away on our wedding day. Everything was so delicious and all our guests raved about it. Everyone agreed that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! Don’t think twice about hiring Ravenous, do it before they book up!

When planning our wedding near Leavenworth, Ravenous Catering came highly recommended and for good reason! Dave and Val were absolutely amazing to work with - not only were they super helpful and honest when designing a menu that could work for our wedding vision and venue, but when we met with them before the wedding we ended up staying much longer than anticipated simply because they are incredible people and so personable! They were always fast at responding to emails during the planning process, which is incredibly helpful when trying to coordinate multiple vendors at once. The day of the wedding, everything was perfect and went off without a hitch! The food was AMAZING, and we still have people raving to us about how delicious it was. We also had several people at the wedding who were gluten and/or dairy intolerant (including myself), and they happily accommodated for these food allergies. I even got my own bowl of non-dairy cheese! :) If you are planning a wedding in the Chelan county area, go with Ravenous Catering. You will be so happy you did!!

Choosing Ravenous Catering for our wedding was truly the BEST decision we ever made! Valarie, Dave, and the entire Ravenous Crew were incredible to partner with for our big day and from start to finish, made everything so easy along the way.
