We booked our tent for our reception through Rappahannock Rentals. We had originally wanted a 40x80 tent, just the lowest priced tent, nothing special. Well unfortunately, their 40x80 tent was destroyed in a storm about 2 months before the wedding. So we ended up having to go with the 40x60 tent. The week of our wedding comes around and we get a call from them telling us that they have their 40x60 century peak tent (the much more expensive option) set up for another event very close to where ours was being held and they wanted to know if we would mind a free upgrade since it would be easier for them to move that one than it would be to set up the other. So we got a free upgrade to a much more expensive tent.

Overall they were a good company to deal with and we never had any problems with them. They delivered the tent exactly when they said they would and it was set up perfectly.
