Bridezillas not to worry Randall will upheld upmost professionalism at all times and he will go above and beyond what is expected of him. He is a creative genius. My husband and were blown away when we first watched our edited wedding video. Our love story was captured in such an eloquent way that I will cherish forever.

Randall was very pleasant to work with initially and was great the day of the wedding. He did text me the day of the wedding telling me he’d be late because he had a funeral, which is fine except it would have been nice to know this information before the morning of. But no big deal. What is a huge deal is that we never received our wedding video, and it’s been over two years since our wedding. Randall explained to me that he essentially bit off more weddings than he could chew and had not gotten to our video. I was understanding because I thought he was a nice guy. Ultimately he just took advantage of me. When we finally got a preview of our wedding video over a year after the wedding, the editing seemed poor (weird flashes of light, the first dance music was overlaid on the video and didn’t sync with the dancing). Now over two years later we still haven’t received the video. I’ve emailed him several times and have not heard back. The video cost us over $2k. I know others have had good experiences with this vendor, but I would never, never recommend him to a friend or family member. It’s really disappointing because I was understanding and have been completely taken advantage of. I just don’t understand how someone steals two thousand dollars from a person. Also, I was really looking forward to the wedding video and asked guests not to record because I knew we had it covered. It’s a really sad situation.

This review has been a long time coming. I have given Randall 3 years to make right on my wedding video and he has chosen not to. For a full year after my wedding, I sent him numerous emails and texts because I hadn’t heard anything from him. He had multiple excuses why it was taking so long and I was patient. Finally after 9 months of waiting, I asked if he could just send me the raw files and I could hire someone else to create the video. It took months of begging for him to even send me the raw files! I requested that he refund me half my payment since I had to pay a new videographer to create the video and he just ghosted me. I can’t tell you how many emails and texts I sent that went unreplied. We sought legal advice & our lawyer suggested we take him to small claims court. He’s lucky COVID happened & the courts closed/got so backed up so we have just moved on as this point and are eating the money. However, I want all potential customers/brides on the hunt for a videographer to know to cross this guy right off your list! While he was great the day of the wedding, I am baffled and horrified by the unprofessionalism shown after. My Nana was my flower girl and became very sick after my wedding. I expressed to him I just wanted her to be able to watch the video with me before she passed and even that he didn’t seem to care about!
