Everything was wonderful. Price was reasonable, only $13/plate for a 2 meat buffet...and was delicious. I recommend the chicken and ham. Only problem, they require 200 plates, weather you have that many guests or not...but this is common with most caterers. They set up the tables and clean everything up which was a huge relief for my mother. Atmosphere is perfect for a wedding and their house wine is delicious as well. We also received a free suite for the evening, although it wasn't what we had imagined. I couldn't think of a better place to have a reception in the area. Very highly recommended.

I was so impressed with the sales and promotion of my first contact that I booked this venue almost immediately. They had recently renovated their ballrooms and guest rooms, however, the hallways are still in great need of updating and repair. The prices for food and wine changed over the course of my engagement from the time I booked the venue to the time we were to make menu decisions. The guest bags we prepared for our wedding guests who were staying overnight were much more hassle because they were returned to us with a request for names to be put on each bag. Even with that task done, not all of the bags were delivered as I saw quite a few remaining the afternoon after our wedding behind the front desk. The suite we were given as a token of thanks for booking our reception was nice, but their were weird flaws like a shattered light bulb in the bathroom, a hole in the wall by the sink, and pieced-together carpet.

Beyond all that, there were some really great things about the venue.
The hall was set beautifully with white linens and china to match our decor. The wedding suite had some fun elements like a wall of mirrors, small fridge, HDTV, sitting area, and a wonderful jacuzzi. The manager for the reception handled the food extremely well. The buffet food was all perfect temperature, fresh, and everyone had plenty to eat. The chef, Carlos, made an exquisite meal, his specialty being cajun, he treated all our guests to quite the experience.

The food was wonderful but the employees were rude...I used to have great respect for this place but now I dont know what to think
