Facilities and Capacity
Hilton Omaha offers a variety of flexible event spaces that can accommodate weddings of 25 to 800 guests. The three main event spaces are the Grand Central Ballroom, the Blackstone Ballroom, and the St. Nicholas Room. The Grand Central Ballroom offers 10,000 square feet of event space and stunning glass fixtures, the Blackstone Ballroom boasts 7,000 square feet and sweeping views of the downtown skyline, and the St. Nicholas Room features 3,000 square feet and an intimate atmosphere. Fifteen additional meeting rooms are available.

Services Offered
Once booked, Hilton Omaha's on-site wedding consultants provide guidance to couples throughout the wedding planning process. All packages include the cost of chairs, tables, flatware, glassware, china, linens, mirrors, and votive candles. Centerpieces, chair covers, audio equipment, drapery, uplighting, spotlight gobo, and other general decor items can be added to your package if desired. All areas are wheelchair-accessible, and parking is complimentary. Other services include:

Cuisine
The Hilton Omaha culinary staff is happy to work with you to create a unique wedding menu with fresh ingredients that suit your preferences and dietary needs. A private tasting can be scheduled for up to six guests. Meals can be served plated or in an action station, and hors d'oeuvres and stations of your choice are provided during your cocktail hour. Cake cutting service is always provided. The newlyweds can enjoy a complimentary champagne toast, and a specialty drink can be created to reflect you and your partner’s personalities and preferences.

Accommodation

Nebraska’s largest hotel completed a $12 million dollar renovation at the end of summer 2023. Like the vibrant city just outside the hotel’s doors, all 600 guest rooms take on a stylish and modern aesthetic with new furniture, lighting, and décor. This project follows the redesign of the lobby which included new dining destinations BARroom and Corner/Market for elevated on-the-go needs.
