Jewelry and Watch Repair

Radcliffe Jewelers is happy to assist you with your broken jewelry or timepiece, regardless of where the piece was purchased. Our skilled repair specialists are on location to evaluate your broken jewelry or timepiece and provide you with an estimate. Radcliffe has state of the art tools and machinery, along with trained professions to fix almost any piece. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Gift Registry

Our experienced bridal consultants will guide you through our extensive selection of china, crystal, silver and giftware and offer ideas on the endless possibilities for your registry. When creating a registry, Radcliffe allows you to create a unique registry to harmonize with the tastes of you and your loved one. Once you have selected your favorites, your individual registry will be accessible to family and friends in-store, via our toll free number 800-487-0309, as well as on our website.

Radcliffe Jewelers offers two registry options, the Traditional Registry and the Non-Order Registry.

Traditional Registry

As gifts are purchased for you, Radcliffe will deliver the merchandise to the address you specify on your account. If the item is not in-stock, we will happily special order the gift purchase for you. Radcliffe will then notify you of the order, as well as the guest who purchased the gift. As soon as we receive your order from the manufacturer, we will deliver it to you directly (please allow 4-6 weeks). Be sure to keep in mind…special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Non-Order Registry

A non-order registry offers a bridal account in which the amount of all the gift purchases off your registry or items of your choice (including tax and delivery charge, if applicable) will be credited to the bridal account and not shipped to you. Similar to a bank account, the credits accumulate and remain in your bridal account until you are ready to use them at Radcliffe. Please note: credits expire 15 months from the date of your wedding and cannot be redeemed for cash. The amount credited to your bridal account will always reflect the amount of the original purchase.

Estate Buying

There are many reasons to sell your jewelry, watches, gold or silver and Radcliffe Jewelers is there to help you through the process. Our experienced staff is on hand to evaluate your pieces and will offer you the highest possible return for your items. Schedule an appointment or visit one of our locations to meet with a member of our knowledgeable staff for a cost free evaluation.

Appraisals

Upon your request, Radcliffe Jewelers will provide you with a free appraisal for any new item purchased in our store.
If you are interested in getting an older piece appraised, our certified Graduate Gemologists are on site to evaluate any piece of jewelry and determine its highest value. The cost of the appraisal varies depending on the piece of jewelry.

Financing

Radcliffe Jewelers offers 6 to 12 months of interest free financing through Wells Fargo.

Gift Wrapping

Radcliffe Jewelers will beautifully wrap any of your purchases. Just ask your sales associate!
