Baltimore-Area Jeweler!

Radcliffe Jewelers were recommended by a friend, and we are thrilled that we checked them out! We went together to get our wedding bands here. The store was lovely, clean, and bright. The service that we got was polite and knowledgeable. I found just what I was looking for and my fiancé had the opportunity to build his personalized ring that turned out perfectly. We look forward to checking them out again in the future.

Our rings are amazing!!

Radcliffe jewelers is phenomenal!! They designed both my engagement ring and my husbands wedding band and both pieces are flawless! We consider them like family now and stop in every time were in Towson! My husband is also a big watch addict and now only shops with them since they did such an amazing job on our wedding jewelry! Their jewelry is top quality and the staff are also top notch! They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and clean all your jewels every time you visit! Thanks guys for always being amazing!!

I recommend Radcliffe to EVERYONE!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Radcliffe! We originally went to just take a peak at engagement rings 3 years ago and that's when we met Amy. We went so I could get an idea of what I liked and Amy totally got my style from Day 1 and helped me figure out EXACTLY what I wanted for my dream ring. My husband then worked with her to completely custom make my gorgeous ring. They were super flexible and willing to hear all of his thoughts in making the ring. You can do a payment plan as the ring is being made and they kept the ring there so it wouldn't risk a chance of me finding it at home :) After our engagement, we went back to Radcliffe's and had Amy then help us customize my wedding band and pick out my husband's wedding band. They turned out perfectly. Both rings are two tone white and rose gold and turned out absolutely stunning. I still get so many compliments on my ring from people saying it's the most gorgeous, timeless ring they've ever seen and that they've never seen anything like my ring before. I have referred multiple people to Radcliffe and to Amy specifically. Amy, my husband and I still keep in contact and have become great friends through the process :)

Men’s wedding ring

We purchased my husbands wedding band at Radcliffe’s they made the process so easy and the ring looks amazing. Rob was assistanting is in the purchase. He was awesome, very helpful! He also assisted me in getting an engraving that was a surprise for my husband. It turned out looking great and my husband loves his ring and engraving. We recommend Radcliffe Jewlers for you wedding bands, there is no comparison in service.

Radcliffe is a family friend of my family. My family told me as soon as we got engaged that we should buy our rings here. I am so glad we did! Mike in Pikesville helped us pick out the perfect rings. I'm wearing my ring right now and it matches so nicely with the diamond! I also trust them with cleaning and checking the engagement ring since it is a family ring and we didn't have anyone to care for the ring! Thank you Radcliffe for the beautiful rings!

The staff and workmanship at Radcliffe are unparallel to other jewelers in the area. My fiance worked with Heather to design a stunning engagement ring. She did a fantastic job guiding him through the process and making recommendations as to the design. The ring took my breath away when he proposed, and I get so many compliments on it. When it was time to pick out a wedding band, they brought in the jeweler to meet with us to create a wedding band to match. I couldn't be happier. We highly recommend the team over at Radcliffe!

My husband got my engagement ring here. Best selection ever! We both went back to pick our wedding bands for our April 22, 2017 wedding and were extremely pleased with what we picked. The staff at Radcliffe are amazing and very kind. We will keep coming back to this place for all of our jewelry needs!

Radcliffe has been my go-to jeweler since I was a teenager, so I could only imagine getting my rings here. I updated my engagement band with Marley who is the best and Heather helped us out when selecting our wedding bands. I love Radcliffe, they are very helpful and go out of their way to give you the best deal. Hands down the best jeweler in Baltimore.

I love Radcliffe Jewelers! Shirley took such wonderful care of Kyle and I leading up to our wedding. She had worked with Kyle when he selected my engagement ring, a custom design. For my wedding band, they created another custom ring to match. Their pricing was fair and the customer service was wonderful. They were very flexible when we had to go up in size for Kyle's wedding band just days before our wedding. If you are looking for the best place for wedding bands, engagement rings, or wedding jewelry Radcliffe is the place to go! Go to the Towson location and see Shirley! She will take care of you.

When my fiance first got my engagement ring it was set "too high." My fiance panicked but didn't say anything to me and I guess they have it remade right away. Anyway- it came out PERFECT! The process of getting our wedding bands has been fun and the staff helpful!

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Jason at the Pikesville store. After the engagement ring purchase, there was an issue with the ring that was custom made to fit my small finger. Jason was very helpful and was able to solve the various issues that came up after the engagement ring purchase. In the end, Radcliffe custom made my engagement ring in store and I could not be happier with what they were able to make for me. I also ended up having the store custom make a spacer to wear between my eternity wedding band and the e-ring. I would highly recommend Jason! His service and attention to detail was great!

My husband and I highly recommend Todd Brown at Radcliffe. He was very helpful and not pushy. My husband went there for my engagement ring and we went back for both of our bands. It is a beautiful store with great options for wedding rings. Todd also let me borrow anything in the store to wear on our wedding day....so I wore a pair of earrings I could never even dream of being able to afford and i felt like a princess. It was an unexpected and stunning "something borrowed"!

Radcliffe's has been great for my wife and I. After experiencing countless problems with another local jeweler, Radcliffe's was able to give us exactly what we were looking for without all of the run around, mistakes, and poor quality jewelery we had received from the other jeweler. Their selection and willingness to order anything you are looking for goes along way in my book for great customer service. The staff is always friendly and there to help should we have any questions.

Radcliffe Jewelers are jewelry saviors! My husband and I had an awful experience at another Baltimore jewelry vendor and unfortuantly, gave way too many chances for them to make it right. Needless to say, they always fell short of their promises. After two broken engagement rings, a diamond that couldn't be reset by anyone else, and many many tears from me, we returned the diamond and went to Radcliffes, hoping to have better luck. We were greeted with smiling faces and most importantly, with respect. As soon as we walked in, the staff was ready to assist us in anyway. We weren't brushed aside because we are young but treated like royality! No gimmicks here. Instead of being bombarded with popcorn or mimosas at 10 in the morning, we were given quality service. After explaining our situation, a kind gentleman named Daniel showed us an array of beautiful diamonds of all shapes and sizes. What we appreciated most is the lack of pressure placed on us. It was our decision and we didn't feel pushed in to anything. We left after designing an amazing ring that I can't wait to wear in 2 weeks! They even offered to rush it for us! Thank you Radcliffes!

Radcliffe is AMAZING!! My husband got my engagement ring made by them and when I lost one of the side stones I had a panatic attack! I went to them without the stone and within 25 minutes I had my ring back with a new stone in it! They made me feel very comfortable and they have a new client for life now!! We purchased one of my wedding bands and my husbands band from them and will be going back shortly for a second wedding band but this time a diamond one.

I was beyond thrilled with my engagement ring!! My finance had it hand made and Paul was able to work with him to pick the perfect diamond. I am constantly being stopped told that my ring is gorgeous! We also got our wedding bands here and love them. Michael at Radcliffe Jewelers is my official jeweler for life...and I never dreamed I'd be able to say that!!! The moment I walked into the gorgeous shop, I felt like a movie star, and ever since then, I feel as though I get the full movie start treatment when I step thru the door! Since the moment I found Radcliffe, all my jewelry dreams have come true! Michael helped to create a custom, one of a kind PERFECT engagement ring, as well as two accompanying pink sapphire wedding bands, which get more attention then I ever dreamed!!! I have brought ALL of my girlfriends, mom and dad to the store, even the ones who live 3 hours away! Aside from carrying designer lines of fabulous jewelry, they also carry fine china, house wares and custom glass creations -- a truly over the top experience. Michael has become a friend to my husband and I, and we make the trip up to Pikesville to pop in and say hi (and get my rings cleaned ;-) ) Radcliffe will blow you away..ladies do yourself a favor and check them out!!!

Todd Brown at Radcliffe Jewelers was fantastic. He helped my extremely indecisive husband find the perfect ring and helped me find a gorgeous necklace for the wedding. We were struck by the individual attention we were given, the time dedicated to helping us find just what we wanted, and the patience of Mr. Brown. We were so impressed we decided to register for our china at Radcliffe's and we weren't disappointed. We've already been back to Radcliffe's for birthday gifts and more nesting!

Radcliff was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I bought my engagement ring there as well as both of our wedding bands. The staff was always wonderful and so polite. They cleaned up our rings and polished them for free. They also gave us quite a discount on my wedding band since we had bought two rings there previously. They have two customers for life. My husband actually went there on his own and bought a necklace and earing set for my birthday and it is absolutely gorgeous. I love Radcliffe Jewelers!

My now husband and I went to Radcliffe's to have my engagement ring sized and to also design our wedding bands. Radcliffes was SO helpful and never left us wondering what was going on. They were always in touch with us, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I greatly enjoyed working with them, and ended up with a BEAUTIFUL wedding band. Not to mention the week before my wedding they cleaned and polished my engagement ring for free.....that's what I call service.

My engagement ring was not purchased there but with the purchase of our bands they sized my ring at no charge, then right before our wedding they cleaned my engagement ring with no charge. Top notch jeweler. They took care of everything. My wedding band didn't fit two weeks before wedding, and somehow they made it work. It was an eternity band that was two sizes to big, so it wasn't an easy fix. They took care of it and we were so happy!

My husband bought my rings from Radcliffe's where he was able to bring in a separate diamond and create the band and engagement ring. The manager, Shirley, was there anytime he needed help! She helped us pick out his band and anytime I go back, they dip and clean my rings for free! Their prices are also very reasonable. You get the expensive feel and service without the hefty price!

Radcliffe offered superior quality jewelry that we couldn't find anywhere else. The selection was exquisite and we was able to find a ring that matches the uniqueness of our enternal love. A cut above the rest.

My experience with Mrs. Geckle at Radcliffe's was excellent. She was very attentive and gave my fiance and I her opinion without attemtting to lead our choices. She ran the gammit with us giving us choices from failry reasonable to utterly rediculous. We left with confidence in our selection and utter satisfaction. Thanks so much.

This review is specifically for Radcliffe in Pikesville. We had a great experience there. Todd, our gemologist, was awesome to work with! Buying an engagement ring and wedding bands seemed like a daunting task, but Todd made it easy. He was very knowledgeable, had great communication, and even helped me plan a special surprise engraving for inside my husband's wedding band (a Florida Gator). Todd personally coordinated transfer of the ring to two different engravers and I couldn't be happier with the result. He really went above and beyond to make sure that everything was just how we wanted it. Highly recommend Todd!

We chose to register for our fine china, glassware, flatware and some decorative items at Radcliffe Jewelers. The registry staff was great to work with and the products to choose from are exquisite. We went with both the letters program and the cash account program so that our guests could choose from either the fine items or the decorative. My new husband and I are looking forward to going back into Radcliffe with all of our letters to gather everything up!

Shirley was a delight to work with for our wedding bands. We decided to purchase the an extra band in keeping with religious traditions and she made sure the band worked with the diamond band. It was also great how much time Shirley took to make sure that the tungsten ring was exactly what my FH wanted. Since he had never thought much about his ring it was nice for her to show him so many options. That she took the time to listen to us and was mindful not only of the $$$ but also our style was super important to us.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from their pikesville store in April 2011. I have it cleaned/checked occasionally at both locations an had it repaired once at pikesville. I can honestly say I prefer their pikesville location. The staff is very friendly and the repair had a better turn-around time at that location it's just a shame though because I live closer to Towson!

Created a custom wedding band that matched a very ornate engagement band. And they did so in a limited amount of time. Although they negotiated slightly on the cost, obviously it was still expensive.

All the same, we highly recommend their custom jewelry.

We were overall happy with Radcliffe's. We bought both my engagement and wedding ring there. When my engagement ring broke they fixed it in a timely manner with no hassle. I loved the way my wedding band turned out as well. All the wedding bands we look at were a bit too expensive so instead the sales person recommended that we take a plain band and engrave it in a style that matched my engagement ring. This was much less expensive alternative and it turned out much better than I had expected. Also I love that the ring is one of a kind.

Beautiful jewelry and great service. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait, especially if you went in on the weekends. But overall, my husband and I were very pleased with their service.

My fiancé and I purchased his wedding band at Radcliffe. We bought the ring six months in advance and went to have it engraved 6 weeks before the wedding. We were told by the engraver that it was cracked! We were very upset that a reputable jeweler would sell a wedding band without quality checking it first. They defended this action confirming that they did not quality check the ring before selling it to us.

We had the receipt so a full refund was given, but it was an extra stress that we did not need. The ring is one of the most important elements of the wedding is the ring, so as a bride getting married in 6 weeks, you can imagine the emotional stress this would cause! I would not recommend this jeweler as you will get much friendlier customer service at Smyth.

I cannot even begin to explain the miserable experience I had with Radcliffe, I ordered two identical wedding bands in October of 2011, it took 4 months to get a call that my order was ready for pick up. I went to pick up my rings only to find out there was only one ring there. I showed my receipt that clearly stated I paid for two, they said they thought I "picked the other one up already" which was completely rediculous because I had been waiting for their call for months! So they said they would be in contact. I finally called them after 3 weeks to see if they had any new info and my jeweler just happened to be "busy", 2-3 weeks later I stopped by to purchase a new chain for my diamond pendant, waited around for 2 hours while he was busy with another client finally getting fed up and leaving a peice of paper with my number and email on it. I receieved no call or email for another 2 weeks which is when my husband finally called to speak with a manager. They explained there must have been a mix up and they would re-order my second band. I got the call a couple weeks later that it was in, my husband went to pick it up and upon arriving home I realized it wasn't even close to the same band that I had ordered. Needless to say after a fight with Radcliffe I finally received the correct ring only a couple weeks before my wedding! Ugh, I would never recommend them. I will not take my bussiness there ever again. (Ps my $300 chain broke within 3 weeks of wearing it)
