Your search ends here, Rachel is the BEST!! Rachel is truly an exceptional person and very talented photographer. Taking photos with her was hands down the highlight of our wedding day!! Even my husband (who hates pictures) had so much fun laughing with her. I loved taking pictures with Rachel because she made us comfortable, we were able to slow down & truly enjoy the moment. She was so helpful with fixing my hair/dress, adjusting us when we looked awkward, and even showing us pictures throughout the day. She also helped calm me down when I was stressed about the possibility of rain, because I really wanted outdoor pictures. The night before our wedding she even drove all over town to find us 2 clear umbrellas..which, as luck would have it, we did not end up needing.
I was shocked she was able to provide our previews SO QUICKLY as well as deliver the gallery sooner than I expected.
I have had so many people compliment our wedding photos and tell me how much fun our photographer was. I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough. She is so funny, down to earth, kind, and easy to work with. I will 100% use her in the future for any photography needs. Thank you Rachel for capturing our day so perfectly and authentically!

Rachel was the best decision ever. Our family, bridal party, and us can't stop talking about her! During her whole process, we never felt any pressure from her, just that we had been friends for years- which is so important for your wedding photographer. She was so timely too with our photos compared to friends getting married around the same time. The cherry on top was the beautiful work she gave us! 10/10 we were even in west Michigan!

Hiring Rachel was easily the BEST decision we made for our wedding. You spend so much time on your wedding day with your photographer it is really important to pick someone you can hang out with and Rachel is so fun and easy going we had so much fun with her.

Her photos are amazing and natural. She does a lot of fun and unique poses but also captures ALL OF the candid moments. My husband and I are not photogenic people or people that choose to takes photos but you'd never be able to tell from our engagement and wedding photos. She also knew this going into our wedding day and made the posed photo process go as quick as possible while still getting all the shots I wanted. Getting previews a few days after your wedding is awesome and not something all photographers will do. Her delivery time for the full package was also good. It was Rachels first time at our wedding and ceremony venue . She went over to the venue a bit before us and you'd never know she hadn't shot there before.

Just as important as her photos and her personality she really cares about her couples and their WHOLE wedding day. Looking back on my day and planning Rachel did several things for us that she really didn't have to but truly helped our day be perfect! (bringing out dance floor props, helping with our timeline, drying my flowers when I was sick of getting them out of the vase).

Working with Rachel was easily one of the best parts of our wedding planning process and wedding day. She listened to us and helped us get the photos I wanted that I couldn't even articulate or describe. She made everything incredibly easy and smooth, offering advice on everything from pictures to timeline to how to deal with the venue coordinator that I didn't care for. And finally, the photos we got from her are stunning. I am obsessed with all of them. She 100% captured the beauty and emotion of the day from start to finish. I cannot recommend her enough, and I cannot explain how thrilled I was through the whole process with her. Would choose her 10000x over, and I fully plan to continue using her for any photo needs we have in the future.

Rachel was absolutely fantastic! We had a hard time trying to find someone who we thought could make us (an extremely hard couple to make look photogenic from past experiences). We saw Rachel’s work through recommendations and knew we would be a great fit. She made sure we got all the views we wanted and made our courthouse wedding look fantastic. Cannot recommend enough!

From the time we hired her to the end of the wedding, Rachel was a helpful, calming presence for us. She was so easy to get along with and talk to when planning all of our sessions. She was a fantastic listener and always put our wants first while at the same time offering helpful suggestions when we weren’t sure what to do. When it came time to take the actual pictures, Rachel made it a really easy process. For both the engagement and wedding sessions, we went to spots we had planned to go to, but she was able to find spots within the location that were unplanned but looked great in the moment. She made it incredibly easy to be the subject of all of these photos, giving easy cues and instruction to cut through the awkward tension of us never having professional photos taken before. On the day of the wedding, she was great at staying on schedule without ever making it feel like we were rushing through things. Through all of this though, what stood out the most was how friendly she was. Every step of the way, Rachel was incredibly easy to talk to, would crack jokes, reassure us that things were fine, and calmed us down through the stress that comes on your wedding day. We can’t recommend hiring her enough and would be happy to work with her again.

My husband & I are both a little uncomfortable in front of cameras, but we still wanted to have some nice photos of our big day. After one phone call with Rachel, we instantly felt so much more comfortable about the whole process. By the time we were done with our engagement photos, all of our photo nerves were gone!

Rachel is easygoing, incredibly professional, super organized, and is a GREAT communicator. She is a truly wonderful person to work with.
