He really took the time to get to know both my Husband and I and integrated personal stories into our ceremony which all of our guests really appreciated. We originally had a family member who was going to be our officiant. He backed out with limited time to spare. Rabbi Joe was prompt and very sweet. We met with him at a halfway point and went over the details. He knew all the questions to ask. He even had a few things for us to do for him which worked their way into our ceremony on the day, which made for a super personal and closer experience than I thought would be possible without a family member doing the ceremony. He had a lot of structure and information to help guide us, but was so flexible that we were able to craft the perfect ceremony. He's got the experience you require! Our wedding was interfaith, and Rabbi Joe was happy to accommodate both our Jewish, and our Shinto side as well. All of our guests commented on how our wedding was one-of-a-kind, personal, and unique. Many stated it was by far the best wedding they've ever been to. At the heart of a wedding is the ceremony, and I must give Rabbi Joe most of the credit on that. Couldn't have asked for a better officiant or religious figure to perform for us.
