We had our ceremony and reception here in may 2011. Everyone went on and on about how gorgeous it was. And Tamara is great to work with. She isnt hovering and making you feel like she is watching you, but she is around if you need her and very helpful. I wouldnt change a thing about our venue!

Castle was beautiful, but the owner was rude and while we were in the middle of the ceremony she went to the dressing room where my bridesmaids and I got ready, and went through all of our belongings! She unzipped purses and wallets. She was extremely pushy and rude. The manager tried to make up for what she put my party and I through but she also grabbed my 12 year old child's arm and left a red mark because she was gonna walk down the aisle to soon, and that is a no go!

We were guests at a wedding today and the owner was very unwelcoming from the start. We were not told we could not go in certain rooms (except for the obvious rooms labeled employees only) and we went to look at the downstairs. We only looked and didn't damage anything. Upon coming back upstairs we were met by the owner who (in front of all wedding guests) screamed at us and accused us of unlocking the door and said that we weren't allowed down there. She called us inconsiderate and yelled that she was going to charge the bride and groom extra money because they had not included the downstairs in their rental. We tried to tell her the door was unlocked and that we didn't know (again there were 0 signs saying not to go downstairs) but she continued to scream at us like we were children. After one of the guests told her that she couldn't speak to us like that she left and we didn't see her again. Extremely unprofessional and shocking from a wedding venue. If you don't want people in an area then there should be signs or the doors should be locked. And there is no excuse for screaming at your guests during a wedding.
