It is never a pleasant experience to read a bad review. And I will take this time to, once again, apologize for the unfortunate missteps that led to the issue with the introduction at this event. As to the other person mentioned, his duties amounted to 2 things...setting up equipment before the event's beginning and assisting with tear down and move out after it ended. And you don't necessarily want to tear up dress clothes doing that. For most of the event, he sat in my vehicle in the parking lot and only re-entered the hall toward the last roughly 30 to 40 minutes. He may have also walked on a walking trail behind the building...which was part of a metro park. As for me, I was dressed in dress shirt, tie and slacks. I tried very hard to keep everyone happy and partying at this event and, generally, I succeeded. Sometimes, though, toward an event's conclusion, some guests become a bit challenging to deal with. Since this event in early 2016, I have done more than 50 events and have had NO complaints of which I am aware. I am always willing to discuss this more should anyone wish.
