I really enjoyed working with Kevin. He's been in the business for a long time and knew what he was talking about. On our initial meeting, he came fully prepared with a packet of information, including popular songs and popular wedding dance songs. We also had karaoke which was an added fun benefit that did not cost extra. I would work with this company again!Sent on 03/26/2014

DO NOT BOOK. He announced me using the wrong name (we had told him I wasn't changing my name), he played the wrong song for the recessional, he forgot to announce the best man as he entered, despite having phonetic pronunciations and titles of everyone in the bridal party. He also brought his nephew who was very poorly dressed. The nephew drank a lot of our alcohol (rude!) and then insulted one of my guests! (VERY RUDE!) When confronted with our dissatisfaction, he refused to accept responsibility for his errors and tried to blame us! Very horrible experience on an otherwise perfect day.Sent on 06/10/2016
Proffordable Entertainment Media Services's reply:It is never a pleasant experience to read a bad review. And I will take this time to, once again, apologize for the unfortunate missteps that led to the issue with the introduction at this event. As to the other person mentioned, his duties amounted to 2 things...setting up equipment before the event's beginning and assisting with tear down and move out after it ended. And you don't necessarily want to tear up dress clothes doing that. For most of the event, he sat in my vehicle in the parking lot and only re-entered the hall toward the last roughly 30 to 40 minutes. He may have also walked on a walking trail behind the building...which was part of a metro park. As for me, I was dressed in dress shirt, tie and slacks. I tried very hard to keep everyone happy and partying at this event and, generally, I succeeded. Sometimes, though, toward an event's conclusion, some guests become a bit challenging to deal with. Since this event in early 2016, I have done more than 50 events and have had NO complaints of which I am aware. I am always willing to discuss this more should anyone wish.
