PrintRunner isn't just a print shop! I learned this when I got engaged two years ago. I was looking for graphic design services in the Valley, and I found out that PrintRunner provided those services. I hired them to do custom-designed stickers for favor jars at my engagement party. Now that I have been planning my wedding, I hired PrintRunner again to design and print my save the dates, invitations, menus, escort cards, programs, and whatever other design needs I have down the road. I worked with Brandon. He is amazing because he is creative, always listens to my ideas, and I feel like he provides a personal level of attention that I haven't gotten anywhere else. I always manage to get a fantastic-looking product within my budget. They are my go-to print AND design house!

My husband and I came up with an idea to create a bookmark using our engagement photos. We enlisted Printrunner to help us. They were extremely inexpensive for the 250 we needed and compared to "traditional" wedding favors. We were able to customize them using our engagement photos. They sent us proofs every time something was changed; their response time was great. I do need to stress that they will not make any changes unless you tell them to, I had to tell them every itty bitty change I wanted if, something was off center I had to tell them not just to move it but by how much. Therefore, if you have an eye for detail and do not mind going over everything with a fine toothcomb then they will be great wedding favors. You are limited to the number of proofs they send, but they were so nice and even made a follow up call to make sure we received them. We then ordered bookmark covers from clearbags.com and personalized ribbon from efavormart.com

I normally am not one to get on here and complain, but I am highly disappointed with the service I received from this company. STAY AWAY. I paid for a 2 day turnaround. Items took 4 days to get to the post office. Have yet to receive my items that I NEED. Customer service "Sam" was not understanding or willing to help. I rather pay more for a company that actually cares to provide a remarkable experience. This place is a joke.

We'd used these clowns in the past (Spent 1000's with them and their many other business names) and had been jerked around endlessly, so we left and used another printshop. Decided to see if they had improved over the last year, and foolishly made a small label order on Dec 2. Originally given a Dec 12 date for delivery.

File review didn't go well, and their guys changed (Squashed) the image and left a huge empty border around the image (Original was well within the Safe and Trim zones from their own template)
Contacted chat to cancel and get refund, was assured by rep that the border would not be present in the final print. So resubmitted the same file, it took over 16 hours to review the file this time, and when we accepted the date of delivery had changed to Dec 20..........That's 18 days from date of order to delivery date for 1000 cheap labels!

Shop elsewhere, do your research, check the online reviews (Horrible) they are still as incompetent as they were a year ago.

Lesson learned here though, we'll not be back!
