Jocelyn was great!

I had a couple of last-minute changes come up that left me without a hair and makeup artist just days before my engagement photos, and Primrose HMUA saved the day! Jocelyn was extremely responsive and prompt and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. I felt confident that she was not going to flake on me (as I had already experienced with someone else). She accommodated all of my requests on such short notice and made me feel at ease.
The hair and makeup looks she did were exactly what I wanted and she made sure to check in throughout the process to confirm that we were on the right track for completing my vision. I mentioned that my hair won't hold any body or curl and not only did she take that into consideration when planning out the look, but she was able to actually make it hold up against the elements! My hair looked amazing for the entire shoot.
I can't say enough great things about Jocelyn. Thank you so much Primrose HMUA!

Beautiful hair and makeup!

Jocelyn was amazing to work with! I was a little late in booking a hair/makeup artist for my wedding and was panicking a bit, until I found Jocelyn! She was so wonderful and accommodating. I met with her for a trial and she was very thorough, making sure I loved everything. I had a big wedding party and Jocelyn was able to bring two other artists with her, on-site (up Big Cottonwood Canyon!), to do our hair and makeup. They were all very professional, arrived on-time and brought their own chairs/mirrors/lighting! All of my girls, moms, and I looked gorgeous. Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup. I would highly recommend Jocelyn!

Jocelyn was so great! She has a killer price for what she provides, by far cheaper than most anything else I was able to find and for great quality. She helped make my wedding day look to be exactly what I wanted and what I felt comfortable with. She knew I never wear make-up and didn't want an overdone looks and she made it perfect

Jocelyn was absolutely amazing! I was coming from New Orleans and so she had to be very flexible to accommodate the appointments from when I was around, which she did with such grace! Very professional in every way.
I changed my overall design after we had our hair and make up trial and she did not even blink an eye, and the final product was amazing. I simply could not have been happier with her services. Not to mention the crazy bargain that she is. She came all the way to the wedding venue too. You will not find anyone better to make you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day.

Jocelyn it's awesome! She answers really fast and she is very accommodating. I had to reschedule my trial hair and make up and she was super understanding. She did my make up and hair on my wedding day. She came to my house and brought all the equipment needed. She listened to everything I had to say and made me look just as I wanted on my special day. I felt like a Victoria Secret model. Make make up and hair lasted all day even though it was windy. If you are looking for an excellent make up artist hire her!

Jocelyn did a beautiful job on my makeup and hair... made accommodations for my trial runs. She was so professional and helped me feel beautiful on my wedding day. It even rained and my make up had no problems staying put! Thank you again!

Wow, I was so nervous to get my makeup done by someone and primrose hair and makeup blew me away. I could not have been more impressed by this girl and the ladies that helped her make all of my bridesmaids beautiful. I would recommend this vendor to anyone and everyone. Great experience overall and I loved my hair for my wedding day! I started out with a different vision for my for my practice hair run, but then I wanted something different on my actual wedding and Jocelyn was able to deliver perfectly!

I did a lot of research before deciding on primrose. I wanted a classy hair style that lasted all day in the heat of August. I was extremely pleased with the results and would recommend her to anybody. It was great quality work especially considering the price.
