My husband and I got married near Durango in August 2019 and hired Preston as our videographer for our wedding. Preston did an amazing job capturing our special day in a short video that we watch over and over again! We've received so many compliments on this video, especially from those who were unable to attend the wedding and could still watch the best moments from our special day! He also recorded our entire ceremony and the toasts given during our reception which we loved watching on our 1 year anniversary! We highly recommend Preston as your videographer!

My husband and I got married a year ago (I know... so late to finally be writing a review... been a crazy year, haha) and used Preston as our videographer and it's gonna be hard to express how wonderful he was! Preston was a dream to work with, made the entire process seamless and we could not be more thrilled with the end result. Our wedding was a destination wedding, so we were pumped to find Preston in Durango (we're from Austin) because he was extremely knowledgeable about the area and knew the best spots to get amazing footage. We had an elegantly themed Star Wars and Dr. Who wedding and he captured everything we wanted and made our hectic wedding day (about 200 guests, most from out of town) magical and took a lot of the stress away. We highly recommend him to locals and out-of-towners who want a gorgeous video of their wedding (or anything that needs to be filmed). Thanks to the moon and back, Preston... it wouldn't have been the same without you there/ filming all the right things!!!

You won't find a better wedding videographer than Preston Benson Videography. His video is amazing. Our family and guests still talk about it, years later. I've worked professionally in TV and film/video production for 20+ years, and he's among the best I've come across.

Preston's work is extremely high quality and delivers great production value–it looks and feels like a high-end, big budget production, but filming was very inconspicuous. He has a great eye and captured all the key moments we wanted in a way that only video can. He just captured the whole day perfectly. Plus, he's a great guy and super easy to work with.

COVID forced us to change our wedding plans from a 150+ person party in Boulder to an intimate wedding of about 25 people in Durango, so my now-husband and I wanted to be able to document our day with a videographer. Preston was a great find for us. He was responsive and flexible in planning, especially given the relatively short notice that we were able to give him about our actual wedding plans. Since we aren't from the Durango area, he was able to give numerous ideas for places that we could take photos and film between our starting point and our ceremony site that fit perfectly with the natural, outdoorsy feel that we wanted for our day. Given that we were unable to meet him until the day of our wedding, he was exceptionally easy to work with.

And what a final product! From the close-ups that captured the joy and emotion of our big day to sweeping drone shots that captured why we moved our wedding to the San Juans, Preston managed to compress the best day of our lives into about 5 minutes without losing any meaning. Highly recommend for anybody looking for a videographer!
