I can say with complete confidence that my wedding day would not have turned out the way it did (which was beautiful, magical, everything in between) if it weren't for them. I met the Prep2Wed ladies at an event put together by WeddingWire, where they acted as a panel for guests in order to answer any and all wedding planning questions. My fiancé and I went together, just a few days after getting engaged and it made us feel much calmer and more excited about our upcoming nuptials! They were so fun, helpful, and professional - willing to answer any question and shed light on subjects that seemed so out daunting for a couple just wrapping their heads around the idea of planning a wedding. We asked about etiquette, styling, entertainment, etc. and each person gave us great things to think about.
They also told us about the four hour workshops they do and those really peaked my interest. I am a creative, organized person and I have dreams of a DIY wedding - but I'm also realistic and know that I'm far from a wedding planning pro. I chose to attend the workshop and am really glad I did! It was another great experience with really nice people, where the champagne flowed and light was shed on many of the subjects I hadn't really thought of. I was encouraged to ask as many questions as possible during the workshop. They made it a really personal experience, which was helpful and a lot of fun. I left with a USB drive full of helpful wedding planning documents, as well as contact information and notes on all of their preferred vendors, etc. We just booked our photographer, and I used the Prep2Wed documents on that drive to make sure I knew the right questions to ask her and things to go over. I feel like the items they gave me will help keep me organized through the entire process. All of their tips, tricks, and wisdom have helped shaped my wedding day aspirations. They are respectful of your vision, budget, and relationship dynamic - and encourage you to express that in the best way! Very grateful to have met these ladies! This workshop is good for everyone and a great way to meet 3 experienced, local wedding planners :)

I went to a Prep2Wed Workshop in the beginning of March and it was AMAZING!! I am about a year and a half out from our wedding and was feeling lost in the in all that is Pinterest!! Prep2Wed really helped me focus on what I want and gave me some amazing tools to successfully start planning the wedding of my dreams that will (with the help of their magical budget spreadsheet) be in budget!! These wonderful women are amazing at what they do, up beat, and so very knowledgable! I would suggest this to anyone in the phoenix area, I have even suggested it to brides not in the area!! So happy to have found such a great workshop! Thank you prep2wed!

This seminar was invaluable. There was so much information and all three presenters took time to explain their topics thoroughly and answer any questions we had. Included was a flash drive that allowed us to review the information as we needed to and they gave us workable forms that help streamline what is needed and necessary to plan a wedding down to each aspect of a wedding. There were many things about planning a wedding I had not even thought about and this seminar really helped me see that it really takes time and careful consideration. I highly suggest anyone planning a wedding to take this seminar as a first step and then consider hiring these women for further assistance. They have the knowledge and heart to assist you to make your special day all that you want it to me.

I've worked with Mrs. Hancock as a caterer and as a day-of assistant for over 3 years. She was also the coordinator for my own wedding. Zoe is incredibly thorough and ensures that every detail is addressed. Working with her and her clients as a caterer is always a wonderful experience as all of her events run so smoothly. As one of her assistants for over a year, I gained knowledge and experience on how an event should run as well as how to pay attention to all the important details that make the day so memorable for brides, grooms and wedding guests. Mrs. Hancock was such a wonderful addition to my wedding! I thought I would be able to plan it all, coordinate everything by myself and still enjoy my big day. Thank goodness I realized how much I needed assistance and Mrs. Hancock became my secret weapon to a truly wonderful wedding. She ran the day and allowed me to be a beautiful bride. I enjoyed wedding planning so much that I reached out to see if I could mentor with Mrs. Hancock, to truly see what being a wedding planner is all about. I learned so much about a wedding that happens behind the scenes, what questions to ask vendors about, how to help a lovely couple enjoy their day. One session with Mrs. Hancock will teach any bride the ins and outs of planning a wedding.

planning and executing a wedding isn't the easiest to pull off. However with prep2wed I've learned more than I could imagine!

Some may not realize that putting one table in the wrong spot can jam up your reception and keep people away from the dance floor. This is one of the many thing I've learned from Zoe.
