We booked Premier Trolleys, Inc to transport our wedding guests to and from our venue on Sanibel Island, Florida. Bridget was such a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed communicating and planning with her! She was so responsive and friendly when I emailed and sent clear and helpful itineraries. Peggy (our driver) was wonderful and so welcoming to our guests! We also loved the pictures we took on the trolley! We can’t thank Premier Trolleys, Bridget and Peggy enough and know we made the best choice for our wedding transportation!! 

We wanted an old school type of transportation to get us from our get ready hotel to the venue. The trolley was such a fun way to travel! And our guests got to ride in it as well. Super responsive and timely!

The trolley was in great condition and just what I had hoped for! The driver was kind, professional, and very prompt. I would absolutely hire them again. They were very easy to work with, and I received great service the day of as well!

Premier Trolley saved the day (in New Year’s Eve) after another company late cancelled our reservation ending transportation. They were so kind and went over and above with helping us.

I am a wedding planner in Atlanta, Georgia. I had a client looking for a cute white trolley for her fall wedding in Atlanta. Premier Trolley is expanding to Atlanta and I could not be more excited. The trolley's are adorable! My bride loved the vintage feel with wooden interior, gold decorative accents and politician platform on back. From our first contact with the company I could tell this was a very professional company. All emails were promptly and professionally responded to. The day before the event the driver contacted me to talk thru the day's timeline and to confirm all addresses. He even said he would drive the route in his personal car before the event start to ensure a smooth day. We had several pick up and drop offs and unfortunately, just before the final pick up before the event the trolley had a mechanical issue. We were able to get all guests to the event on time and Premier Trolley even sent a second trolley at the end of the event and contacted me the following day to make up for the unforeseeable mishap. I will be referring all my clients and other wedding planners to Premier Trolley because of their professionalism, ease of booking and their super cute trolleys!

We loved having the white trolley from Premier Trolley Services. It was beautiful for photos and transportation to and from the ceremony and reception for the entire wedding party. The trolley was very clean and had a great atmosphere for our wedding day.

We were really thrilled with the responsiveness and professionalism with Bridget when booking Premier Trolleys, but when it came to day of the wedding the service unfortunately left something to be desired.
We ordered two trolleys (which were very expensive compared to other companies) and asked one of them to be at the bridal party's getting ready location at 2:30. Running behind, we didn't get down to the trolley until 2:55. Then, the driver informed us his paperwork said he didn't need to leave until 3:30-- and his "hostess" has run inside to use the restroom. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, we informed the driver we absolutely must leave, and he'd have to come back to get the "hostess"-- He agreed, but once we sat down to leave the seats on the trolley were filthy! Here I am in a pristine white dress, getting it dirty because they didn't even have the courtesy to wipe it down? So I had to stand the entire drive to my ceremony venue.

When leaving the ceremony venue to go back to the reception venue, the "hostess" had magically appeared-- she was EXTREMELY shy and looked to be about 14 years old. She did not say one word to me. As we were driving back, the driver whipped past some pine trees, and because it was an open-air trolley, branches and pine needles whipped through the windows and again, got all over my dress. had one of us had an arm resting on the windowsill, someone could've gotten extremely hurt.
Again, booking the trolleys was an agreeable and even enjoyable process but for that kind of money I seriously expected better service on my wedding day.

Do not hire Premier Trolleys, Inc. The driver for our group was rude and not a safe driver. She took a rattling trolley on the expressway when there was a much safer route to our destination. The trolley did not have air conditioning, so we were subjected to stifling heat, pounding wind, exhaust and had to scream to be heard over all the engine noise. Hair and makeup for 10 people, done especially for the occasion, was completely ruined. When we asked to play our music, the driver barked that it was not included in our package. The booking agent had told us in an email: "We allow our chartering parties to decorate the trolley as well as play music by cd or iphone/ipod". The driver's speed and basic unsafe driving caused some of the bench seats to lift up and bounce the guests out of their seats. When we arrived at our destination, one guest noticed her purse was missing. The driver offered no help at all in looking. When it was later discovered under one of the seats that had dislodged due to her driving, she was rude and had to be forced to drive back to the destination to return the purse to us. Five phone calls to the booking agent have gone unreturned. They do not care once they have your money. My advice, don't give it to them. There are plenty of other options in Atlanta
