Preferred party rentals gave me an EXCELLENT price for the chairs, tables, table cloths, and tent. No insurance fees. One price from the beginning to the end. The set up began the day before our wedding ceremony, and the pick up was set for the day after....me and hubby were totally impressed with services from the start to the end. Great job!

Preferred Party Rentals was amazing throughout the entire process of choosing and renting items for my outdoor wedding.

Our ceremony and reception were in a state run park that provided little to nothing, as far as chairs and tables went. Mike at Preferred Party met with me and my now husband several times to make sure that every detail was covered. He also met with our caterers, to also make sure that they had what they needed.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company, the quality of the items rented, and the ease with which we planned everything together. Mike was very patient with me as I selected lighting and linens (which is more complicated than you would think!), but he helped me so much along the way. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are honest and deliver great rentals with even better service.

I am disappointed with this rental company because of the following:

-the tent was visibly dirty
-the chairs chiavari chairs were 2 different colors and PLASTIC and I paid a full price

If I could give them zero stars, I would. A company's reputation is defined by how they handle things that go wrong. And with this company, let the buyer beware. While delivering party rentals to my next door neighbor, their delivery driver hit my basketball court, knocking it to the ground, shattering the backboard, destroying the rim and hydraulics and exploding the base. The drivers stopped, exited the vehicle, picked the basketball court up, left the broken pieces on the ground and drove away. We have video and photos of the entire incident which have been shared with the company and its owner. They have not taken a single step in the right direction and nothing has been done to rectify several hundred dollars in property damage.

A complaint has been filed with our local police department, which they have not responded to. Charges are pending in civil court. This is not how reputable companies do business. Not only is it morally reprehensible, it is illegal.

Preferred Party Place was my only vendor without 5 stars. 180 people attended our backyard wedding. Tents leaked, the dance floor was dangerously uneven, And we specifically ordered an extra 40x9ft tent so our guests could walk from the main tent to the house for the restrooms and stay dry. This never happened.
Installation was on Wednesday. they told us the extra tent could not be used due to the deck, this is not what we were originally told. The crew was very frustrated with the quality of tent and dance floor.
That evening it rained. there were holes in the tent, the gutters poured water from the middle and also had holes, and the dance floor was Very uneven.
I called the company Thursday, They re sent their crew on Friday. The dance floor was replaced, it was better but not flat, small holes were patched with rubber cement and they said the gutters were fixed. I ended up hiring roofers to install a huge tarp and attach it to where the cover was supposed to be for the walk to the house restrooms. I was getting Married in less than 24 hours and not one table was set up because of the tent delay.
It rained on my wedding day, My 102 year old grandmother tripped on the dance floor, small water drops were leaking all over (this I could handle) But the Gutters over flowed and sheets of rain poured out over my guests. There was so much Mud. I don't think anyone saved their shoes, my wedding dress had mud covering the bottom 6" and my house rugs are irreparable. I left a msg with the office staff for the owner to call me. I never received a return phone call.
I will not recommend this vendor.

STAY AWAY! THE OWNER BLAMES YOU FOR EVERYTHING WRONG AND NEVER APOLOGIZES! They did not have some important items like the walls to the tent. We were told they were bought the day before. We reserved $4k in items months prior to the wedding. Two days prior, they called because they didnt have some items. We ordered coolers for our $90 kegs. They brought the bottom half only. Refused to return with the tops. My contract was for pick up Monday. I had dinner planned for remaining guests before departing. They showed up unannounced on Sunday, 3pm, saying they will be short staffed and need to pick up tables and chairs. My dinner plans, cancelled. I called & was connected to the Operations Manager, Billy by saying hello only. I asked who are you and whats going on, he stated "Oh, we were on the area and decided to stop by." I was just leaving to do some final errands and found them removing the chairs and tables. My 65 y/o neighbors removing belongings on the tables for them. The owner, Mike, never called me. 7:40AM on Monday, they came onto the property without notice. Again, woke my elderly neighbors! I called again. They don't open until 8AM so afterhours service kept asking for my name and number to be called back. Finally after four requests to speak to Mike, I was connected and he says "Hello." From there he accused me of being a liar and that I stated his people would steal when I simply stated I didn't feel comfortable with his people on my property working around $100k in motorcycles, part of the display. He yelled at me and was very talking down to me. Not once did he acknowledge that he breeched contract by picking up on Sunday when the contract stated Monday. He NEVER apologized for anything. He blamed the no communication on me. This company is disastrous!!
