I didn't decide that I wanted a limo until a little over a week until the big day. Needless to say, I was scrambling a bit to find a service that would take myself and seven other ladies to the wedding venue. I requested a few different quotes from companies that I found on the internet, but Preferred Car & Limousine came back with the best one.
From the first interaction, Tim was very professional and really wanted to help me out. He gave me a reduced fare price since it was a one way dropoff and included the gratuity for the driver in the quote (one less thing for me to worry about that day). When I contacted him 2 days before the wedding to let him know that I had heard of a concert in the general area of the wedding venue, he offered to send the limo earlier for us so that we wouldn't have to worry about the traffic at no additional charge.
When the driver arrived, he parked in front of our house and escorted all of my family and myself into the limo with an umbrella (it had just started to sprinkle). He explained that he would put up the privacy partition but we could ask him for anything that we might need. I feel badly that I don't remember his name because he was very nice and extremely professional.
The limo was clean and well stocked - I had a water, but no one else tried anything.
I am so grateful for the service that Preferred Car & Limousine provided for our big day - definitely look them up if you need a limo!
