Nick and Team were instrumental in making our groom's dinner and wedding as magical as they were. We hosted our groom's dinner at the Iron Range in Crosby, part of the family of restaurants Prairie Bay has, and couldn't have asked for a more intimate, delicious and low-key evening like we wanted! Aubrey made sure our evening was perfect! Their pizza and cocktails are to die for! For the main event on our day of, Nick did an amazing job coordinating ahead of time on details, capturing all of the intricacies of hosting at a private residence and ensuring we had the perfect menu for our budget, tastes and dietary needs. I cannot recommend this team enough -- if you are planning to get married in northern MN and worried about your options for 5-star catering, look no further than Prairie Bay!

I am over the moon happy with the service provided by Prairie Bay for my wedding. The process leading up to the day was painless and Cela did a wonderful job helping us figure out the best options for our budget. The food was awesome and the servers and bartenders were wonderful. After our wedding day I kept receiving compliments on how friendly Prairie Bay was and how great the food was. I would recommend them to anyone!

Prairie Bay served us dinner at our wedding at their restaurant. The service and the food were amazing! They were so friendly and considerate, with a very high level of professionalism. If you are having a small wedding with around 50-70 people, their banquet room works great! (They will not charge you for the banquet room space if you meet a certain dollar limit on food. This saves tons of money!) They also cater at other venues They are very flexible with decorators if you are having the space decorated. A great company to work with, highly recommended. I wish all companies would conduct business like Prairie Bay.
