Pond Break is a wedding and event venue situated on a centuries old cypress pond in the heart of Hampstead. Pond Break boasts an 8 acre site with walking trails, open fields of lush green grass and lodging for the families or guests of the wedding. Also onsite are accommodations for the caterers and entertainment. Your planner will have a field day with the blank canvas of possibilities here at Pond Break. There is parking for guests, 50+ spaces . Parking will be managed by an attendant the day of the event.
Spread out relax and enjoy your weekend with immediate friends and family while your special day is being formulated right before your eyes. Pond Break is close to everything you need for provisions with only a 20 minute drive to Topsail Beach, Wrightsville Beach and Downtown Wilmington.

Lodging consists of one four bedroom 2 1/2 bath single family two story home. We call it the "main house". Sleeps 8-10.

The next is a duplex consisting of two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. It is an open floor plan kitchen and living room equipped with WiFi and a smart 60" television. This space could accomodate his and hers quarters or traveling family members. The units are a mirror image and both have lofts for extra space to hang out. The views from the back porch overlook the entire site.

The catering and stage area consist of a 1000sf covered porch and a 250sf kitchen. There is also a 20 x 20 covered stage.
