We went to Rosemary at the Mt. Pleasant store and could not be happier. She brought in samples of two engagement rings that they didn't carry but were what I had wanted and he was able to pick out the perfect ring. They set the diamond beautifully. We even found a band that goes with the ring- not the one that is made by the same vendor but one that they had in their case as part of a set. It looks amazing with my engagement ring! When it was time to order his ring, i went back to Rosemary and she gave us an excellent price. When the wrong width of ring came in she was on the phone with the manufacturer immediately and we had the ring back in plenty of time. They even searched for someone who could engrave my tiny wedding band- they tried three different engravers. I would go back to Rosemary any time I need to buy any jewelry, her service was amazing and I trust that we will get what we want at a fair price.

We got our engagement and wedding ring from here and are happy with the service at Polly's. They were even kind enough to clean and shine our rings for free prior to the wedding date, so that the rings would be nice and shiny for the pictures.
