John and his crew was fantastic to work with! They came as a recommendation from our wedding planner as flexible and who could get things done and he sure did!

Our venue required water barreled tents to avoid damaging the grounds. John came out early to measure everything with us, even though using a tent was a plan B. Then, when we realized it was going to rain, John helped come up with a plan A to make the tents even more gorgeous a few days before the wedding.

Day of the wedding it poured all morning and John and his crew were out there working so hard to set everything up perfectly. When we got a chance to see the venue, it was stunning. The clear tents with the string lighting were absolutely gorgeous. And they trapped the heat from our heaters to keep everything nice and cozy. We really believe that what was originally our Plan B turned out even more gorgeous than our original Plan A, thanks to Platinum. We would highly recommend to anyone having an outdoor wedding in south florida!

They were very helpful, they had everything that I was looking for; from tents to chairs... pool covers a dance floor!

I presented her with a photo of the tent style I wanted and she did all she could to assure me even when I was uncertain that it would be set up exactly how I wanted it and it was. We ordered a tent 1 day before our wedding because it looked like it was going to be raining all day. We were hesistant to get a tent because our original plan was to have an open air wedding, but the tent was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was telling us that the tent made it look so classy. The draping in the tent was absolutely beautiful!

The tent was all we dreamed of and more!

Low quality service. It wasn't what we expected. Several things were different to what we hired (Tent sizes, cover paint, lights). If you want to hire them make sure to check everything before the big day.
