Tiffany and Jennifer at Platinum both worked on my wedding hairstyle and I really enjoyed how friendly they were. My hair turned out excellent and I couldn't have been happier.

18 year old Brother of bride haircut. Requested that just the ends get snipped off of a very thick, long, very curly head of hair. Went as far as telling them while making the appointment that more than a snip would end up looking as if 5 inches were cut. Stylist took it upon herself to advise she was going to cut damaged hair. Guess what, that’s not what was asked for and it ended up looking like 5 inches had been cut. He was very unhappy with the results. Will not recommend or return.
