Great food and great experience!

The value for the money was excellent as we only paid about $18 p/p for our cocktail-food mid-afternoon reception. We ONLY had our reception here, not ceremony. The area for the reception is pretty nice- nothing too fancy or ballroom like, and it overlooks the lake, which is good for photos. They allow you to bring in a cake from offsite, but that is the only thing. Our only complaint is that they started clearing the food from the buffet as soon as we started cutting the cake, and myself, my husband and my parents only were able to get about one plate of food. They did fix us up a package to take home, but it wasn't everything. So who knows how much shrimp we paid for and never ate.
