My husband and I hired Pietricola Photography to photograph our wedding in April 2024 in Brooklyn, NY. We are thrilled with how the photos turned out and will cherish them forever!

Dave was with us the entire wedding day and made sure to get all the shots we wanted, and many that we didn’t even know we wanted. He began early in the day photographing my husband and groomsmen at a barber shop for haircuts and shaves. He then moved to candids of the girls during our hair and makeup session, including special getting ready moments with my family. He was professional, friendly, and had great ideas for setting up shots that I never would have thought of! My family loved him and said how comfortable they felt around him -- we are not used to being photographed professionally, and any nerves we might have had disappeared as he made us feel at ease.

Before the ceremony, Dave also took "first look" photos of my husband and I at a nearby waterfront park and helped us set up beautiful locations and poses. He definitely has an eye for scouting unique locations that will also look good on camera. Throughout the day, Dave texted us "sneak peek" photos so I could share them to social media. Finally, during the wedding ceremony and reception, he captured all of the special moments with our family and close friends, including a video of our vows (which I am so grateful to be able to rewatch)!

A few days later, Pietricola Photography also photographed our celebration party with our larger friend group at a local beer hall. He took some wonderful candid moments that really captured how much fun everyone was having.

After the festivities were over, Dave quickly sent us the photos so we could share with our family and friends. Everyone commented how lucky we were to have a photographer that sent the photos so soon after the wedding! We were also so impressed with the editing skills, and could tell that they were edited with care and expertise.

We highly recommend working with Dave and Erica at Pietricola Photography — they kept us at ease every step of the way so we could focus on other aspects of the wedding day, their pricing is incredibly reasonable (especially compared to other NY photography options), and they produce amazing, professional work but with a more hands on touch than you might get from a bigger company. We are so glad to know this talented husband and wife team and can't wait to work with them again for future life events that we want to remember forever. Thank you Pietricola Photography!

Have you ever been to a wedding - and notice like half way through that the photographers are having as much fun as the guests? Drinking, waiting in line for food when people are dancing and there's obvious photos/videos to be taken? That is the opposite of Dave and Erica.
