Richard & Shelly are a great team! They made our day fun and seamless. They were punctual, energetic and easy to work with. Photos were amazing and delivered within time frame in contract. We would definitely recommend them!

Research this business on Yelp, BBB, The Knot etc & don't believe her ''chosen'' reviews in FB that she, her family & close friends write!! She removes all bad reviews on FB, blocked the option for anyone to leave reviews now because she was getting so many bad ones. Search her name/business on FB u can read the REAL REVIEWS/comments many have wrote on their pages made public so that Shelly nor Richard Randle can delete them.

Worst experience ever! Shelly Randle said she needed full price paid up front which we thought was odd but we still paid it. At first she seems nice but after struggling to get our pictures, her ignoring our calls & messages her true colors show. Do your research because this seems to be a reoccurring habit for this couple.

WARNING!!!!! GOOGLE THIS BUSINESS BEFORE PROCEEDING!! THEY HAVE NUMEROUS BAD REVIEWS ON 'BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU', YELP, FB & OTHERS!! I wish I would've looked beyond Shelly's choice picked reviews from her family/friends on FB!! (Update: she has now deleted all reviews on FB as well as the option to leave one) We paid Shelly $350 Aug 11th at our 1st photo shoot & it's now Oct 26th & we have been lied to several times by Shelly saying she emailed the edited digital photo album & even had us looking through spam. After still not receiving it I decided to research her business outside of where we found her which was on Facebook. We found NUMEROUS complaints that sounded EXACTLY to ours! Nearly 2 wks ago I gave her till midnight to deliver the digital album or face lawsuit. Literally minutes before that deadline she sends the worst botched photos we've ever seen!! We had red dots in background from the camera, out of focus pics, black & blurry smudges on my daughter's face & freakish florescent white & brown specks on her teeth & horrible unnecessary red filters making her hair, skin & clothing red! I told her it was OBVIOUS she rushed to edit to beat deadline to avoid lawsuit. (even tho she was given plenty of time) She said she was behind editing her pics & I responded that she should've been honest & upfront instead of lying over & over sending me on a wild goose chase looking for emails that she never sent! I then gave her another week till Monday to correct the pictures & she said she'd DEFINITELY have them done by then. Monday comes & goes, Tuesday I message asking about pics & she responds "still editing". Wednesday morning she messages me saying she sent link. I don't get it, I call, leave messages but I'm back to being ignored! I see she's yet again on FB posting to get more $$ from others saying she's got openings etc so I message her directly on that post which she quickly deletes. She then says she's sorry she's behind & can't handle all the work & is about to have a nervous breakdown. But yet she's trying for more clients when she owes prepaid clients like me our pictures!! I tell her I read all her bad reviews & question why her business says it's located 1907 EP True Pkwy WDM IA but it's not there!! I drove there & even spoke to multiple people working around the plaza & nobody's heard of her & many said they've worked there a long time & that 'Photography by Randle' has never been around there. After questioning Shelly about this & telling her it is fraud & illegal to use Google location for business address when it doesn't exist. She suddenly offers me $100 & will re-edit the pics & give them to me by 6pm next day. I told her I shouldn't but I will give her 1 last chance to do right...i gave her 2 more days(2 more than she said being 6pm next day). I made it known this was her last olive branch that she had until 10 am today to get pics to me or I would be not only suing her but also posting my reviews everywhere not just FB. Guess what she failed again!!
One more thing...almost every picture she asked Ashley to "look left/right" & "laugh/look at your shoulder" so we have 98% of only seeing the whites of her eyes or her looking down! RIDICULOUS!! After I posted this same review on her FB business page she sent me a nasty threatening message then blocked me. Real mature professional lady we have here. After me & MANY others started communicating among each other on her FB business page comparing our almost identical screenshots of our messenger conversations we had with Shelly Randle some going back 3 years (when she began her business) Shelly deleted all reviews & blocked any new ones from being made....CLEARLY SHE'S GOT SOMETHING TO HIDE!! She's using the lame excuse saying I didn't like her "editing style" & saying I threatened her because at my breaking point I told her that she messed with the wrong person this time, & to not underestimate me that I will post my reviews everywhere for ALL to see to prevent her from screwing 1 more person.
