Hi, my name is Juliet Seger and I am the owner/founder and photographer for Photo Jane Studios. I began photographing professionally on a freelance basis in 1984. In 2006 I opened Photo Jane Studios on E. Ellendale Street in Bel Air, Maryland, Harford County to provide full-time photography services to the community.
