Philip & Co is where we found my husband's ring. He was picky and wanted a unique style for a good price and we found it at Philip & Co. They were friendly and fast. I even got his ring engraved through them for $30! They were great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Abysmal customer service. We ordered the engagement ring in the middle of January and we were promised that they would contact me and my wife about finalizing the design. That never happened but they did charge us so I assumed they went with the design we saw at the store and we were okay with that. However there was radio silence for two months and I had to call multiple times over many weeks before I got a hold of anyone to which I was told they forgot to put the paperwork through and they were just barely starting to work on it. We didn't get that ring until the end of March.

Then comes May 7th when we ordered and paid for the matching wedding band and we were promised it would be done before Memorial day but that turned out to be a lie. I again had to call multiple times every week leaving voicemails with my contact info wondering what was going on with the ring but I never got a call back. I finally got with someone on the phone and they told me the ring was just being finished and they would mail it to us by the end of the week... which was July 20th. So again it took them multiple months to finish something that they said would "take a few weeks". The band also did not match the engagement ring and was not the design we were shown.

This place is quick to take your money and even quicker forgetting about you. Go anywhere else for your jewelry needs and you're sure to be treated better than the terrible customer service here.
