Built in 1895, as a private residence featuring custom woodwork thorughout the house. The House provides an early 19th century Victorian era decor suitable for any type of 'theme' but especially for one wanting to create a magical 'historic' them and unforgettable event. Our theme, "make your event a 'historic' one" is true. The first floor and ballroom can accommodate up to 90 seated guests. The "House" package includes all first floor rooms, bride and groom dressing rooms, each with bathrooms, the 3rd floor ballroom for the ceremony or dancing. Larger guests can be accommodated with an Indoor /Outdoor setting on our manicured grounds. Smaller "Micro" weddings, for 40 guests and under utilize all first floor rooms and grounds with options to rent the bridal suite and make a grand entry into the great hall utilizing the large staircase.

We provide many free amenities which makes it easy to throw any kind of party, set up tables, chairs, decorate and cook in our industrial, remodeled kitchen. All you need is bring the food and your guests.
